Grace did a great job as butler for our stay at Atlantis Sanya Hotel. We are very happy with her service. Hotel amenities were fantastic, and customer service went above and beyond when we had issues with the air conditioning in our room. We will certainly stay again!

The service of the hotel is very good. It is already early in the morning, and the younger brother is still waiting to help carry the luggage. It's a residential complex with a double villa, parking is very convenient, there are parking spaces everywhere. The front desk has upgraded the room type for free. There is a washing machine, a kitchen, a refrigerator, and a large balcony. The balcony is very convenient for drying clothes, and it is very suitable for a family trip. There is a food street on the edge of the community. It is very convenient to go out at night. It is very close to duty-free shops, Atlantis and Wuzhizhou Island by car. It will be there in a while.

The poolside double suite was spacious and set up well. Being able to have our own pool at any time was fantastic. I wish the pool had been cleaned more often, however. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we’ve had in China. Not so much the breadth of choices (which was very good), but the quality of the ingredients and food itself. Excellent! The large main pool was fun and full of activities. Also, it was nice to be so near the duty-free mall.

Facilities: The facilities of the new hotel are still very new, and the rooms have no smell, which is very good👍 Hygiene: Cleanliness is very fast. As soon as you enter the lobby, you feel that the overall quality is very good. The room is also cleaned every day🧹 Environment: The hotel environment is okay. It faces the street but will not be noisy. There is a snack street a short walk behind the hotel. There is quite a lot to eat. The scenery outside the window in the evening is also very good👍 Service: The service is very considerate and enthusiastic. It is worth recommending~

I like this homestay very much. As soon as you enter the yard, you will see the big swimming pool. The water is very clear, and the photos are also very good. The service attitude of the lady at the front desk is very good. She will introduce me to delicious and interesting places around, which is worth recommending. The B&B is in a white style, very clean and atmospheric. The house is a smart home, which is very convenient to use, and the bed is very comfortable. Except that there is no meal or coffee and you need to order takeaway, everything else is good. The location is indeed in a village, which is a small Santorini style that is quiet and off-beat. Stayed in a thatched pool house for two nights and just checked out today. I am anxious to post a review because I received a return photo from a travel photography retreat. The travel photography service is in the hotel. The price is fair and the people are honest. I didn’t bargain. I took the photo with the intention of giving it a try. The result is original. I was very satisfied with the film when it came out! The photography teacher is very experienced and can cooperate with each other. The shooting time of only 30-40 minutes is faster and better than when I took wedding photos. Moreover, this B&B is really amazing. I will come here next time. I would probably stay here again.

I wouldn’t stay here again. It’s not worth it. In my 5+ years of living in China and using Trip.com, this is the first time I’ve ever written a poor review. I should start by saying that the staff are incredibly courteous, just mostly incompetent. Out of the staff, there was only Vito, who was kind and prompt with check-in and follow up. Everyone else who works there of course has a very difficult job, and while they had a few mistakes here and there, I understand that 端午节 can be a very busy time of year. In those cases, the manager Brian was very kind to try and help resolve them. However, overall the hotel has policies in place that are just unacceptable. Firstly, after checking in I was told that there would be a music festival happening right next to the hotel. So for 2 days, I had to listen to nonstop EDM through the afternoon and night. It was so bad that my room would literally vibrate with the music until midnight. If I had been warned of this ahead of time, I would have chosen another place. But instead they chose the sneaky route and did not say anything until I had already paid the deposit and was in the room. So shady. Secondly, Trip.com lists this place as having an “exclusive beach area” but there was nothing of the sort. There IS a path to the beach, but on the way there you will come across a sign that says it is in no way linked to Shangri-La. There are a small amount of beach chairs out there, but again, they say this isn’t their property so I was worried the whole time that I was intruding. In addition, it’s still quite a bit of a walk, so remember to bring all your own things (water, towel, snacks, etc) because getting back to the property will take some time. Also, the area does not permit swimming. That is of course something they cannot control, but if you are hoping to swim in the ocean, this will disappoint you. Thirdly, breakfast was a mess. I am fully aware that things are different over a holiday, but they couldn’t fit everyone in the restaurant so they had to set up an additional “breakfast area” that had about half the choices—and then shove you away in this little crowded ballroom. I learned the second day that there was a patio option with no wait, and I actually had wanted to sit outside anyway, but no one told me this was available. Even then, I had to ask for my own cutlery (they gave me a children’s set), they did not wipe down the tables, and no one paid any attention to me until I finally showed some frustration. Fourth, the place is very much geared towards families. This place has the most “children-friendly” resources out of every Sanya hotel I’ve stayed in, and if you are a parent this is of course great. However, if you are looking for a quiet retreat, I recommend you look somewhere far far away. For my entire stay, I had to deal with screaming kids and their louder-screaming parents (two families got in a screaming match at the pool, and no one did anything except stare). It is definitely something to be aware of when planning your stay. Honestly, I wanted to spend as little time at the property as possible. It was just too frustrating, too loud, too disorganized, and a waste of my money. This place is taking advantage of the name “Shangri-La” to overcharge you.
