Everything with the hotel was 5*. From front desk, Ziggy to dinner waiter, Suzuki-san. And the onsen was great.

我個人感覺這裏的服務沒有很賓至如歸，女服務員還好，男服務員感覺冰冰冷冷的。第一次斥巨資住貴价酒店，不知道高端酒店是不是都這樣？
設施&環境：
非常滿意，滿足了我對北海道雪景泡湯的所有想象。古風裝修和燈光也很有氛圍感。客人不算很多，而且房間有私湯，所以基本上都是我在包場泡室外温泉
飲食：
晚餐第一次嘗試懷石料理，感覺更多的是享受服務，氛圍感，體驗和欣賞擺盤，味道一言難盡（刺身是好吃的），然後也沒怎麼吃飽。早餐擺盤依然好看。
交通：
①先説説酒店的穿梭巴士，每天有兩趟，一趟是14:30，一趟是17:00，在札幌市區接人（好像是昭和大廈上車）。我們提前一天聯繫攜程客服幫忙預訂，但是被告知已經滿了。穿梭巴士容量很小，如果非要坐，可能要提前至少一週及以上去預訂
②我們後來是坐了河童巴士過去的（這個也需要提前預約，去小紅書看預約攻略吧），960日元
③如果兩個都沒預約到，就衹能坐快速7H等普通公交了，停很多站，會比較慢

房間温泉很贊，周圍環境很好，適合隨意溜達，酒店含的晚餐和早餐都很一般，不要抱太大希望。附近有家燒麥店出品很好吃。

很老的酒店，定價也算是比較高的酒店了。
接駁車很難約，郵件不回，約上了接駁車也非常擠。到了酒店行李還得自己提上去，餐品也不是送到房間裏的，需要自己去餐廳吃，餐品質量也一般。房間是走廊盡頭的房間，晚上聽到牆壁裏有水管流水的聲音，房間裏的私湯裏面不知道是木屑還是什麼臟東西，有絮狀物，不知道有沒有清洗過。唯一的3分給的是定山溪本身的美麗景色
反正下次不會再去了

酒店位於定山溪温泉小鎮，環境優美，是一家相當傳統的日式温泉旅館，酒店可以提供日式房間和西洋式的房間。但酒店的交通不算便利，從札幌到酒店可以乘坐預約制的班車或者公交車，大約需要一個小時。酒店提供到札幌市中心的穿梭巴士，但容量非常有限，且班次很少。

房間很大，温泉泡的很舒服，風景也很美，飯比較符合温泉酒店的定位，去的時候有一部分在裝修，英語日語接待都很專業，一樓有免費的酒廊。接送服務記得要提早預訂。
