The room was very clean, and in nice condition. There were little things that made the stay easier, like a shelf above the sink for toiletries, an extra chair in the room, so both my kiddos could sit and eat. The pool was not too cold, the hot tub was toasty hot. Breakfast was good, they had plenty of variety of hotel quality food. The staff was the best I've ever encountered at a hotel, from the front desk, to the sweet lady filling the breakfast bar. I wish I could find a hotel like this in every town.

Room was clean and met our expectations. Impressed with how quiet the room was. Even the hallway noise seemed minimal compared to many other hotels. Mattress was a bit too firm for our liking, but that is just personal preference. Breakfast was very good - nice selection of both hot and cold choices. Would recommend.

Lorraine at the front desk was very helpful. I had previously called for an earlier checkin and she had everything ready upon arrival. Great customer service

The facility was very upkept and clean. Beds were very comfortable. We we very impressed. Price of the room was very good when comparing to other hotels.

Our room was clean and organized. All of the plug-ins actually worked. The heat worked well. No issues with the room. Check-in staff were courteous and friendly.

Great hotel! We stayed for a hockey tournament and had a wonderful experience. Only downfall was it is close to the interstate nd loud throughout the night, but breakfast option (free), pool facility, and staff were wonderful!

Honestly, the whole day was really nice but what stood out was I left my pillow there and they made sure they called me and sent me my pillow

Breakfast was good. Suggestion would be to change out sausage as meat option. We were there for five nights and sausage was there four mornings and kielbasa one morning. Good but very repititive. Pool area, hot tub and exercise room are great. Staff were all excellent. Cozy lobby. My only complaint is kids should not be swimming and jumping in the hot tub especially after 10 pm and this happened on multiple late evenings so was impossible to relax. Thank you for the great stay and I would suggest signage in the pool area re: kids with spa rules. Beds and room were very nice and comfortable. I would definately come back when we visit family again in the area and thank you for the great stay!
