The Card was swiped more than twice for security deposit with two different Credit Cards. However, Hotel system did not show the correct amount. USD 200 + USD 200 + USD 100 was deducted from the cards and hotel was not aware of this extra transaction. Finally Miss Dawn could locate it. She was kind to give some credits as well.

Loved the hotel!! It was clean and it was great being on the river! The water taxi over to the Historic District was right on time & efficient! Highly recommend!!

this Westin is in dire need of renovation. I could not believe they were allowed to call themselves a Westin. The rooms were lacking. My room had no bottled water and no liner in the ice bucket. The drapes were falling down. There is no room serve. After 6:00 pm the only option for dinner is the one restaurant at the facility. The menu is very small. My friend had no wastebasket in her bathroom. The rooms were also hot at night despite AC on. Further, even though the website said airport shuttle there was none. No bellhops either. Put a waitress or two at the pool to take orders from people as they sun and triple your income.

The hotel is really great! We just checked out yesterday and stayed for three nights. The room was quite big and very clean! The environment is beautiful and the transportation is convenient! The breakfast choices are also good!
