Our stay was very pleasant. Family vacation for seven days. The staff were friendly, and helpful with information regarding the area. Room was clean and additional supplies and cleaning service provided when requested. Would have preferred variety in breakfast selection. Breakfast was not bad.There was fruit some days and some days not. The entire seven days we stayed they offered bacon only on one day. It would have been nice to offer half bacon and half sausage as daily options. Grateful for hot breakfast none the less. Workout room was enjoyable. Overall good stay.

We stayed at this hotel from February 15-20, 2022, and we once again had a great experience. Easy and efficient check-in and check-out with friendly staff. Our room was upgraded which we very much appreciated. We truly enjoy the ambiance of the entire hotel - the lobby with great lighting, ample seating, plants, books, beverages 24/7; the spacious and well appointed rooms; the warm, clean pool with comfy loungers and beautiful tables and potted plants; the fitness room with all the equipment we needed, the delicious breakfasts. We would like to give a shout out to Joey, the chef at breakfast. We had different types of eggs every morning all of which were delicious. He was efficient, kind, and when busy with orders offered to bring our eggs to our table. Thank you, Joey!!! We also enjoyed the yogurt and fruit/muffin stations. The woman who worked the breakfast area on the weekend, I think her name was Marissa, always had a smile on her face, said hello, moved through the breakfast set-up with incredible efficiency, and continually refurbished the coffee and yogurt/muffin/fruit stands. We book each 2-Zimmer-Suiten and have always been satisfied so far. This time we experienced that these looks quite different: book a suite with room number 260 or 360, the suites with numbers 234 and 334 have bedrooms with a micro window, so also over the day only with Artificial light is something to see. But we are particularly disappointed by the bar at night: at fairly ordinary prices, one is served a gin tonic and a beer in a small plastic cup. This is really better in this hotel price class. For breakfast we recommend Denny's just next to (yes, they have porcelain wardrobe!).

The staff was very friendly the rooms were clean and they were very accommodating I was very fortunate to be able to be helped by Katie at the front desk she was very accommodating when I requested a room with a hot tub because previous night they were not available. And a bonus I was right next to the pool. Definitely will come back!

The hotel is older and small but staff is friendly and location is fantastic for visiting Old Town Scottsdale. Was very disappointed that we booked through Trip.com for a king room and they sent to the hotel that our reservation was for a double room and since the hotel was completely sold out the hotel did not honor what our reservation confirmation showed.
