Unit was very nice - well furnished, great facilities. The rooftop was beautiful and quiet. The biggest problem for us was parking - the unit does not have parking. There are lots nearby BUT we were apparently in town at the same time as a neighborhood festival and parking rates were vastly inflated. Great place to stay if you’re flying in; rethink if you’re driving.

Property was clean and secure. It worked great for our stay. It was close to our son who attends Seattle U. Lots of restaurants nearby as well as grocery. It's easily walkable and close to public transportation. Our only complaint was the temperature. It was quite warm and muggy. There was an AC unit in the room but it really wasn't doing anything. Still we would stay again.

Absolutely Perfect apartment. We stayed 5 people for a week. Great location in Capitol Hill. Walking distance to downtown Seattle. Will definitely come back.

Great property, very clean and well maintained. It’s close to a very vibrant area of the city, so it’s not exactly quiet.The water here is not potable so please carry water before you check in.

Arrived at the room and was welcomed by the app, the room was clean and stocked well. Access to the room was easy and efficient as well with using the app.

I like that we could walk and find many places to go. What I didn't like was the fact that there was no parking. We would have to pay but then didn't want to drive because we might not have a place to park essentially paying for nothing.

My wife and I were very happy with our stay at the Sonder Solis in Seattle. The apartment was supplied with all the essentials needed - the kitchen appliances were excellent, as were the washer and dryer.
Everything was spotless. We really want to thank Adrianna K. and her team for making our stay one of the best we've ever had - especially for the team members who dropped by with the chocolate-covered cherries for Christmas! You all are great!
This apartment was just what we needed.
