- Hotel service: Not too bad, but not too good either. I think it would have been nice to have been a little more judo-ri for customer satisfaction. -Cleaning status: Overall, it's not dirty, but the hotel has just been built, and there is lime around the bathroom faucet and mold on the sink. I could have paid more attention to cleaning, but I'm sorry for the mindset of the people who clean it. - Bathroom towels: Slightly unpleasant smell. Looks like it needs to be disinfected a bit more. - What's good: I pressed the 'Don't disturb' button to indicate not to clean, but when I came in the evening, they left a towel and water in a bag in front of the door. If it wasn't cleaned, the towels wouldn't have been replaced, but I was grateful for bringing new towels and water.

The upper floors overlook the sea. This time I was participating in the UTMB Jeju Island Cross Country Race, so I chose a hotel closer to the World Cup Stadium. Very clean. Next time if you want to play casually. You should choose a hotel on the coast.

This establishment was one of the most disgusting 'resorts' i have ever stayed in/ seen. A review of my key points of contention are below for reference with pictures attached - The rooms are simply unclean and disgusting - There are thick build ups of dust throughout the accommodation, mould in the bathrooms and a fowl oder in each room throughout the establishment. - The pool will work for a few 'instagram' pictures, however the grounds surrounding the accommodation are horrible unkept and attract small animals throughout the day and night as it is simply not clean - The pictures of the property on websites such as Agoda/ Trip Advisor/ Booking.com are not indicative of what the property actually looks like - It feels like a cheap love motel from the 1980's with the smell to boot. - The Pool is small, cold water (warm water costs approx $100) - The accommodation is infested with bugs, roaches and spiders. My partner suffered a bite on the foot whilst in the room (without any open windows/doors) causing us to need to leave the accommodation to seek medical care. No refund nor credit was provided by the hotel as we didn't visit the management office prior. It needs to be mentioned that the management office was left unattended for 3 hours prior to us needed to seek medical care due to the pain. In review this is not a safe place to bring children, with no staff available when needed given a medical situation (including an unattended communal pool) this 'resort' poses a serious health and safety risk. The uncleanliness of the rooms is simply unacceptable and are unkept, unclean and should be avoided at all costs. Stayed 1 night of a 5 night stay - Left The following day at 11am. Cost - 1.9Million KRW (1.9K USD) Cost of Medical Care (500 USD) Avoid Avoid Avoid

I was really looking forward to it because the reviews were good before I went. It was such a pretty place that I wondered if there was a place like this in Jeju Island...! My husband and I stayed at Vista Suites to heal during the ***** New Year holiday. I especially liked the neat and clean furniture and the comfortable bed. One thing that is disappointing is that there is no handle on the individual bathroom door. It was uncomfortable because you had to pull it narrowly to get out. Still, you can think of this as a level of jade..?? It was pretty during the day and at night, so I took over 100 photos... (Please leave a photo of your life!!) Buildings full of European sensibility befitting a 7-star resort Even a warm heated pool to enjoy in the winter! It was a Jeju staycation that I thought was a good idea. I guess I should go on a filial piety trip with my parents later.
