📍 42, Dongmun-ro, Seogwipo
★★★ 8.6 (1,516 reviews)

"We really loved this hotel. Very close to the bus stop, so easy to get around. Also next door to the market which was very cool. We didn’t like the light system for room and bathroom, we found it very inconvenient. Unfortunately our second night there the air conditioning unit stopped working. After trying everything it absolutely would not turn on again. We sent a message to trip.com but as it was after hours, we couldn’t get any real help. They offered to switch our rooms but then stopped communicating with us all together. In the end our room was 32 degrees. An unfortunate way to spend our last night on jeju :/"

"Great stay overall. The hotel is in a quiet and convenient location, which made it very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, including the carpark staff. The room was well-maintained, though the carpet could have been cleaner. 2 minor issue was that the toilet light would occasionally switch off unexpectedly and window mesh are not sealed properly that caused the mosquito to fly in. Other than that, we had a pleasant experience."

HYGGE HOTEL ★★★★
"The hotel is located in a peaceful area with a beautiful sea view and is near the Songaksan Mountain Trail. Also, right next to it is the Tropical Hideaway Cafe, which offers great food and views of the sea. The room itself is modern and minimalist. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Since the location is somewhat remote, it's better to have a car, or you can use their taxi app (Kakao T has more cars available than K. Rides). Overall, I’d love to come back to this hotel for a future trip to Jeju."

"My 89yr old mother and 19yr old daughter only stayed for one night so can’t report on much. The room was clean but the carpet is very old and needs to be torn out as it made the room smell musty. Parking our rental was fine but be aware of the very narrow driveway heading down to the parking basement."
