首先旅館在清涼裏（청량리）比較破舊的街道里麪。其次旅館裏麪昏暗，沒有電梯，衹有較為狹窄的樓梯。
旅館沒有外窗，衹有內窗。
旅館裏麪的被子和 床單皺皺的，不像是新換的。
裏面煙味太重了，女孩子或者不抽煙的人受不了。
除了為了省錢，真的不建議住。
煙味散不去，相當於一晚上抽二手煙。

장점은 뛰어난 접근성(청량리역에서 도보로 5분 이내) 및 압도적인 가성비.
단점은 방이 낡았고 살짝 담배냄새가 나며 수압이 좀 약함! 조금 아쉬웠다

ห้องพักถือว่าสะอาดเรียบร้อยดีมากไม่มีปัญหาอะไรบริการประทับใจห้องพักไม่อยากบอกแก่การพักผ่อนผู้คนไม่วุ่นวายส่วนตัวก็ชอบนะคะถ้ามีโอกาสก็จะเข้าไปฝากอีกราคานี้คือดีมาก
