The location is good as it is close to the Plaza de España, the cathedral, the train station, etc. The room feels a bit small, but the staff seems to be trying to be friendly.

The location is great, right on the commercial street. The room was ok and had a sink. The public restrooms and bathrooms are very clean and generally not used.

We are old people. We booked 3 nights. But the stairs in room are broken and not stable.What is very strange is that we had to pay a much higher price first before we could see and change to another room. That is why we made the painful decision to leave the place. We stayed only 1 night, but paid for 3 nights. Until today we
have not got refund. Is there no regulations about this?

Basic single room accommodation with shared bathroom. It's a good area, narrow street but easy to find good eating places and some of the major attractions. Staff were extremely helpful with any requests. I would definitely stay there again

The service was excellent, got some nice tips, thanks!
I would recommend installing mirrors to every room, weather*****es to all doors(for better sound proofing) and a larger trash can to the toilets (more space to put toilet paper as the paper was forbidden to put in to the toilet). Those costs about nothing.
The roof terrace was nice!

Very cosy hotel/hostel. Staff was supernice and location excellent! The terrasse on the 3 floor was an unexpected surprise. Very cosy with great surroundings. The room was simple but nice.

Very central located and very convenient. But a little white paint and some good lighting would do wonders to this property. Okay for Sevilla and its prices but you have to have modest expectations.
