It’s a very nice luxury hotel, but I just can’t get excited about it. Check in and staff was very pleasant and the rooms are very nicely furnished. On the other hand the beds are too hard for my liking and I forgot to ask for a change from feather pillows. The shower dripped making noise all night and breakfast service is at best OK. The staff are all very helpful and friendly and maybe I’m being a bit hard providing an average rating but at these prices you need to be a bit more than what the hotel is.

The hotel was in a great location, welcoming and very clean. The room was pleasant, the bed and pillows were amazing. The shower was fabulous but leaked all over the floor. The first night we had a problem with the TV and air conditioning, which they sent up a member of staff to look at, but no joy so they had to control the AC from reception and mended the next day. The following day both of our keys cards stopped working so we had to return to the Reception to correct this. On our last day, we had to leave before breakfast so they gave us a picnic bag to take, very disappointing especially for a 5 star hotel, so I would state this is a 4 star not 5.

We stayed in this hotell from 27.dec. 2021 to 3.jan.2022. The first impression of the hotell and the room was very good, very clean and modern with new furniture. Unfortunaltely, after some time we encountered some problems: 1. It was very noisy when somebody from other rooms closed their door. 2. The shower and the toilet were separated with yellow glass walls. It is very anoying when somebody turns on the light in the bathroom during the night. All light comes into the room. 3. The ventilation makes loud,metallic sreaming noises, ogten during the night or early morning, guaranteed to wake you up. 4. We opted to celebrate the New Year at the hotel restaurant, hoping for a festive atmosphere and a special New years meal, the offer was 32 euro per person with drinks, pre-paid. It was a terrible experience that will stay with us forever. We got three in one: bad service, bad food and a spoiled New year celebration! First of all it was only one waiter serving almost 40 people at 14 tables in the restaurant! Needless to say, he was running his socks off. The salad starter was very old (with brown avocado, bad mango and ruccola), it gave the impression of being made the day before. However, the most vexing issue was having to wait for the bread and next dish for almost 1 hour! We didnt want to waste anymore of our holliday there, so we decided to leave the restaurant. Later we talked to the manager of the hotell, showed her a photo and video, but instead of having to only pay for wine, soup and the bad salad, she decided that we had to pay full price for the evening meal!!! Even though the managment compensated us a completmentary late check-out, the fact that they refused to be self-critical at all about the under-staffing of the restaurant or the quality of the food, shows that this is likely to happen again. So think twice before you plan a nice evening here.

This hotel is wonderful! I fell in love with Seville but more so with this hotel. It is situated in a central area within walking distance to a lot of the historic sights. The staff are welcoming, friendly, and very helpful. Thanks, Patricia, Miguel, Kris, Marta, Carmen just to name a few. The bedrooms are beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The hotel has a wonderful pool in a lovely private area. The restaurant is very pleasant and serves a lovely breakfast with lots of variety. All food is of a very high standard. I was overall impressed by this hotel group. Being from a hotel background, this is the standard I love. This hotel creates a sense of the place, Seville. This makes it special. I would love to return and would highly recommend this hotel. I will also be exploring other hotels in the Hospes group. Thank you ❤️💛

This hotel makes Seville more beautiful~ I didn't even find it when I arrived. There is only one door on the roadside, but there is no hole in the sky. The waiter is warm and always takes the room and introduces all the places. I introduced all the attractions and painted them on the map... The facilities are very good. There is a small swimming pool on the top of the building. Within ten minutes of walking to the church and the palace, there is a Chinese supermarket and a slightly larger supermarket next door. Next door, there is a breakfast shop for two minutes, in short, the geography is very good! On the last day, I also introduced our Granada in the next stop, and called us a taxi to help us carry the luggage to the car. In short, I am the warmest and most attentive waiter. We! This place is a real gem! Magical spot in the very heart of the city center. LOVELY ambience, with an internal court and a beautiful terrace on the top floor. Spacious room with AC working perfectly, tv, sink, comfortable bed. Spotless, clean, cozy. Friendly and kind Staff. Weak wi-fi signal (maybe just at the second floor). A little noisy at night if your room is facing the street - but then again, considering how great the place is, that is a non-issue. Value for money simply outstanding. A GREAT choice for staying in Siviglia. Definitely recommended. Can't wait to come back, I'm in love!

Tuvimos que coger este hostal unas dos semanas antes porque aplazamos el viaje y nos salió a 90€ la noche para dos personas. La limpieza de las sábanas y toallas es mala, el edredón tenía manchas. Las habitación y el baño son muy pequeños. El agua caliente deja de salir mientras te estás duchando. El edificio no tiene ascensor y la habitación que nos tocó estaba en el segundo piso en la subida y se escuchaba todo, además con el paso de aire de la puerta de abajo principal nuestra puerta daba portazos y nos despertamos varias veces en toda la noche. No había conserje ni para la recogida ni entrega de llaves. La ubicación del hostal si que es buena, está a 10-15 min del centro (Catedral, Alcazar, setas) y cuenta con comercios y varios bares en los alrededores. No hay parking privado, hay uno público cerca que sale a 25€ el día.
