Hotel Abika's central location in Ujjain makes it convenient for exploring the city, and the hospitality was exceptional. A special mention for Rohit Parmar, the hotel cab driver, whose friendliness and patience made the trip to Omkareshwar comfortable and memorable. His dedication to ensuring a smooth journey is truly commendable

This is the second time we visited, last time Ravi guided us well, so we went again. He's super nice human being as he took good care and guided us for everything single request with utmost care . Food is really good, i like Jain dal khichdi and curd rice . Spring roll, paneer tikka is good too

Nice and clean room. Staff service is grt specially naveen, reena , Bankim Sarkar....! They increasing value of customer by giving good customer services...! Restaurant is also provide good food quality with affordable price...! Overall grt facilities ...!

The taste was amazing. The service and staff specially Karuna Mam served us very well. They recommended us various dishes which were best. I tried various starters and main course whose quality was top notch. The breads were hot and fresh. The quantity, quality and price were great. Really enjoyed our meal

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Abika Elite. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The cab service provided by the hotel was excellent. The driver Rohit Parmar was punctual and knowledgeable about the area. While the Sev Tomato Sabzi in lunch was quite enjoyable, I found the South Indian breakfast options to be lacking. The Sambar and chutney, in particular, could use some improvement in terms of flavor. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very Good Hotel ... around 2 km from Mahakaal temple , Spacious rooms and very good service ...Food is awesome...Used there cab pick and drop to indore airport Rohit Parmar had recieved and dropped us which was very peaceful ...Very good driver and is very informed and keeps the car clean and gave us a very safe drive SP bhat there Front office manager is very customer oriented and very prompt and helpful

Great hotel with courteous staff and exceptional guest service. Mr. Ravi Sen was outstanding and escorted us all the way to the railway station to see us off. Overall a very good experience staying at Abika Elite. Would recommend this hotel to everyone who are planning to visit the holy city of Lord Mahakaal, Ujjain.

Stay was good. Staff is very supportive. We ask them for omkareshwar jyotirlinga darshan.they send their own hotel car ( chargeable). Car was clean and good . And driver came with us named Rohit was very supportive and good. Enjoy stay at ujjain and also enjoyed trip to omkareshwar jyotirlinga with their own cab.

Our group of four friends stayed at this hotel for 3 nights - 13-16 Sept. The location of this hotel is the best and within easy access to various temples etc. The service levels of front desk, restaurant, are excellent. The food though entirely vegetarian, was very good. However the rooms are in dire need of refurbishment and look run down. The hotel is over priced considering the infrastructure and status of rooms. But it appears, the location of the hotel is it's USP.
