I have been in China for seven years. I have seen the changes, and I have to say that I can greatly appreciate what Hyatt is doing for Westerners right now. I had a truly exceptional stay with them! They were always people who spoke English. The breakfast was especially welcome, as it included an incredible croissant and cheese. It sounds silly, but cheese is not available as frequently these days. If you are reading this in English, it’s likely he could appreciate a place that understands that experience. I would highly recommend this hotel!!!

Place was nice. Nothing fancy but nice. Room was a good size, pool and gym were great. Breakfast was amazing! The lobby is not impressive but has free tea and coffee. Mall and many restaurants nearby to choose from. Would recommend:)

A child's washable watercolor pen accidentally drew on the small sofa. The cleaning staff said they couldn't clean it up and asked for a compensation of 500 yuan to replace the entire leather. When they came back, they wiped it with a wet paper towel. It took a few more wipes before it was clean. If the cleaning staff says they can't clean it, it means that their usual cleaning work is to clean the surface. If they can't clean it, they can ask the customer to compensate. This hotel is very close to home. I originally thought I could stay here with my kids occasionally, but I didn’t expect the service standard to be like this. I’m angry.
