I had a wonderful stay! The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.

The newly opened Hyatt has good hardware facilities and beautiful design. If you are a traveler, the current price of just over 1k, the hardware and the location are cost-effective. But there are a few very problematic areas! First, the service attitude is not good (only at the front desk). The service attitude of other hotel staff is online, but the service attitude of the hotel's front desk, including the manager, is very lacking. Including when checking in and checking out, the attitude towards receiving customers is cold. Secondly, when checking out, they were not told when the deposit would be returned. After many days of no response, I called the hotel to ask why the deposit was not returned, and clearly informed the hotel that, regardless of whether the deposit was refunded or not, they would at least respond to my current question. But after 24 hours, I did not receive any form of reply (during this period, I even contacted the hotel through Ctrip). Personally, I think that deposit refund is a very small thing and the amount is not large, but not informing the customer of the basic situation and not responding to the customer's request is a very unprofessional thing. Third, the room is not well soundproofed and the sound from the corridor is very clear. No matter morning or evening, as long as someone opens or closes the door on this floor, the sound can be heard in the room.

The hotel was not very far from subway and shopping malls. The front desk guy didn't speak English of course, but we could communicate with the help of translatimg apps. The bathroom looked nice, at least not with glass doors. The bed was quite small and uncomfortable for 2 people. Breakfast was really bad, very oily. We could hardly eat anything

I liked the place very much , it has everything you need for a short stay and the price is affordable for the quality of room you will get in the hotel. At front desk everybody can speak English so there isn't a problem to communicate and ask if you have any problem. I only had one small problem because they were knocking on my door two days in the morning at 9am and they woke me up , so when I checked out I asked them why they did that and they said because they want to wash clothes and clean shoes. There was a label that you can take called DND ( don't knock the door ) and nobody will disturb you. Next time when I come there I will take DND . Have a nice stay at the hotel , it's really cool and clean.

The king of cost performance, the location is average, the driveway may be noisy (we don't mind, sleep well), breakfast is very good, the service is in place. The environment in the hotel is very good. When I left, the front desk lady also sent two bottles of Coke. The front desk staff were friendly and kind. My room had a window facing a wall of the building next door, which isn't pleasant for a one-week stay but I wasn't there too often. The cleaning staff were also friendly and attentive and the room was cleaned daily. The big and soft butterscotch cat is a great addition to any hotel and the cafe out front is very popular. The setting overall is lovely. I didn't eat at the hotel but there are several cafes and restaurants nearby and the neighbourhood is great for exploring on foot or by bicycle.

Treasure Garden Hotel in Shanghai A week before coming to Shanghai, I did my homework at home and made a lot of choices. I chose this hotel online and booked two rooms. The hotel service was very warm and thoughtful. A handsome and elegant man wearing glasses drove us around the hotel park in a battery car. He was very funny and polite. He explained everything from the architectural history of the hotel to the encyclopedia knowledge of various plants in the park. I hope the hotel will give you praise! The breakfast restaurant and room service are good and very service-minded. It was a very happy stay experience. I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Shanghai.
