When I came to Shanghai to play, I was directly picked up and dropped off at the subway station by a white Internet celebrity car, Trumpchi M8 Air Seat Commercial Vehicle. The guy who picked me up was very handsome, sunny and enthusiastic. The hotel has a free large shuttle bus to pick up and drop off Disney. I was really tired after coming back from Disney one day. The handsome guy at the front desk, Xiao Zhang, enthusiastically recommended the value-added service of free foot soaking bucket. The hotel also prepared fermented rice dumplings for everyone late at night. The hotel is located in Pudong. The room is of good quality and clean. I don’t know if it’s due to the off-season. The price seems quite cheap. It provides a free buffet breakfast. The side dishes are delicious and there are yogurt and fruits. I think children will like it. It is worth recommending. I'll also bring the kids here during the winter and summer vacations.

Service: Miss waiter has a very good service attitude Environment: The soundproofing of the environment is slightly insufficient. When I lived, there was a pair of ***** next door. I didn't sleep in the middle of the night. It was very noisy to eat late at night. I called the waiter sister, and the lady took the initiative to change the room for us after persuading the fruitless.

The hotel's front desk manager, Ge, was warm and thoughtful, and patiently answered many of the customer's questions. I was very satisfied with his serious and responsible work and warm reception. The hotel's Chinese architectural landscape gives guests a brand new stay experience. The room settings are very user-friendly and detailed. Breakfast must be experienced, both Chinese and Western. A bowl of white porridge with salted duck eggs for Chinese breakfast is very delicious! I will continue next time.

Shuttle Service from the Disneyland to the hotel, it was not communicated which place the bus will stay at least there have maybe around 100 busses we was not able to find the right bus after call the Hotel where the bus will stay we got the I formation the bus leave already 22:05. Thanks for it

Arrived at the hotel at 00:35h using the 24h transit. Taxi driver didn't know how to drive to the hotel. Entered the hall and went to the (Concierge?)desk on the left. There was no one there... The hotel management should have put a noticeable sign with the text that the lobby/reception is located on the 3rd floor. I had to ask a guest where the lobby/receptiondesk was. The service at the receptiondesk was excellent. Also made a reservation for the shuttlebus to the Pudong Airport T1 (08:30h), the shuttlebus to the Pudong Airport was free of charge. The bedroom was nice and clean. The breakfast was excellent. Overall 4 stars out of 5, due to the lack of information about the lobby location.

The lady at the front desk arranged a room for me according to my needs, and I was very satisfied. The dining environment is very good, quiet and comfortable, the restaurant is very spacious, the lady in the restaurant is very enthusiastic, there are many types of breakfast, and my favorite soy milk, which is very delicious, the room is also very clean, the room is sunny with large floor-to-ceiling windows, and there is a laundry room in the gym.
