Service and facility was poorly, not as 4 star hotel. Not even 3star. No gym, no bar, not cafe, people smoke in the lift. Non-Smoking area smells smoke. Breakfast very limited to offer and staffs not interested to help. Not value for money! Never stay there again!

房間設施有點陳舊了，但是服務和衞生都挺好的。過年對面是個煙花集中燃放點，初四晚上看完煙花酒店休息非常方便。

入住美蘭湖會議酒店，好多年前記得是大通汽車發佈會的活動來過一次，今天住一下看看，就在美蘭湖邊上，所謂湖景房，看不到整個湖，從兩棟房子的中間能看到一點！所以感覺一般！
