入住兩晚雲和夜泊酒店酒店裡的海底撈屬於是服務真的特別好!!
入住前坐地鐵到野生動物園站打電話給酒店酒店會安排車車來接車上還會貼心準備礦泉水司機會幫忙搬行李
到酒店門口又有迎賓幫忙搬行李鍦真的服務特好就是説 如果去迪士尼還會問你需不需要班車接送之後還會有管家幫忙把行李送到房間裏
早上早飯真的很不錯基本的都有真的吃到撐
迪士尼回來晚上入住還會準備泡腳桶還會提供洗衣服務 退房要是去地鐵站也會提供班車!!還有加了酒店前台小鄒微信全程貼心服務，
服務是真的超級好!!下次還來。

親子出遊，房間乾淨，前台所有人員十分熱情，是那種不厭其煩的熱情，為客人考慮周到。下次來還要住他家，我們原本離滬前訂的是另外酒店，最後也改成他家了

房間看着比較舊了，然後沒有電梯，走樓梯剛好腿腳不方便就比較麻煩，衞生也不是很好，房間裏的燒水壺都不敢用，讓服務員換了一個還是不敢用，後面換的忘拍照了，早餐也是定的時候看到顯示兩份早餐，結果告知是兩份隔壁的生煎早餐卷，價值18元一個人，吃超出的部分得自己掏錢，本來定的兩晚上，退了一個晚上，總體體驗不好不滿意
