The place wasn't as clean as you would want a hotel to be, it was close to the airport but be prepared to be disappointed. The hallways were crowded and hard to find where is what. Unfortunately it wasn't a pleasant experience. At breakfast the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional

Facilities: The room facilities are pretty good and well-equipped! Hygiene: The room's cleanliness is also good! Service: The service attitude is excellent; they are very responsive to requests, and they even offer pick-up and drop-off services! Environment: The surrounding environment is very convenient! Overall, it was a great experience, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!

The room was clean and well-maintained, and the facilities were complete and functional. It's very close to the airport, and the driver was friendly and attentive, making transfers incredibly convenient. The hotel has a restaurant, and there are also dining options nearby, which is great. It would be even better if the soundproofing was a bit better.

This hotel does not look like the photos at all. The hallways smell of smoke, rooms are not very clean with hair in the bed and in shower as well as mould on walls. We only stayed here for one night as it is close to Pudong airport. Only positive about this hotel was the included shuttle bus to airport. My recommendation is spending a bit more money and staying at the hotel next door!!! Will never stay here again.

The place is in quite bad condition and the staff very unfriendly. I read on Google that they would take your phone to leave a great review with it so I refused to give it to them. He still “needed to take a picture of my booking info because being short sightseeing” but then could read my translation app no problem… The room itself was good and the shuttle came to bring me to the airport (just a couple minutes late). The elevator stops one floor before the rooms so I almost left my suitcase downstairs but all the suitcases there were absolutely empty… it made me feel like they try to have people believe that they can leave they luggage down for the night but not with the best intentions. Regardless, I decided to bring it up and carry it in the stairs to feel better overnight. Cheap and okay room for one night near the airport, that’s all.

I've stayed here multiple times for business trips. It's incredibly convenient for early morning flights from Pudong, and the hotel offers a free shuttle service. The rooms are clean and tidy, the service is excellent, and it offers fantastic value for money. Five stars!

There is free airport shuttle bus service provided by the hotel but the bus can get very crowded so it is best to make ample time to get to the airport for your flight. Room is okay but the walls are paper thin which you can hear your neighbours talking.

After landing at Pudong International Airport last night around 10 PM, it was too late to go home, so we opted for a nearby hotel that offered airport shuttle service. We hurried to catch the 11 PM shuttle. In the morning, shuttles depart for the international airport every 50 minutes past the hour. The shuttle service was quite good. However, the hotel's facilities were really subpar. We were initially given a standard room, but the shower drain was clogged. The staff kindly upgraded us to a family room. Unfortunately, the sink in the family room's bathroom caused my right thumb to bleed quite a bit because the drain stopper was so stiff and wouldn't budge. The entire room felt quite stuffy, and the hotel itself seemed old and rundown. Even the new room we were given had drainage issues... Its convenient location is a plus, and for just one night, my expectations weren't high, so the price was acceptable. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but it was enough to fill up. A warm bowl of congee was a nice touch too.

I booked this hotel for my dad, and he said it was great value for money and had an excellent location. The service was also very attentive. When he first checked in, he noticed the shower gel and shampoo bottles were empty. He reported it, and new ones were delivered quickly. The airport transfer service was fantastic; it only took about 20 minutes to get to the airport.
