比想象中規模大，有好多棟，草坪葱鬱悦目，房間寬敞舒適，服務熱情。停車方便，花開海上就在對面。所住房型淋浴房與房門之間無任何隔斷簾子之類有點不方便，另建議加裝紗窗紗門。

是居住的民宿裏顯有的衞生環境服務都算很不錯的了！就在海上花開生態園3號停車場，晚上吃飯也在民宿吃的，提前訂餐，價格也合適。早餐是定食，吃不飽可以加粥！

二刷。地理位置優越，前台服務態度很好，要求都能滿足。這次院子裏多了小狗狗和小兔子，還有很多蔬菜菜園，適合親子來玩。唯一美中不足的就是庭院房的地有台階，長者小孩尤其容易摔跤出事！希望老闆能解決！

民宿的位置非常好，就在花開海上景區停車場，距大門口就5分鐘步程，可以盡興地賞花海的春夏秋冬，4月有梅海，9月下旬是向日葵，10月下旬是紅地膚。民宿雖價格偏高，但服務非常好，房間乾淨寬敞，用品質量也很好。民宿有菜單可以提前訂餐，菜品量大且品質好賣相好味道也好。非常開心的一次遊玩。

不愧是衡山管理的民宿，硬件軟件配套均隸屬衡山系酒店，舒適愜意。場地寬闊，床鋪枕頭，衞浴硬件遠超出一般民宿水準。軟件服務非常到位，不愧是大集團的管理。環境優雅，開門50米就是正對海上花開的大門。鬧中取靜，一早進園子看看，人也不多，空氣清新，舒適。適合帶長者小孩自駕

因為在附近辦事才無意選中的，就民宿來説還可以了，比較安靜，房間寬敞乾淨，房子有點小特色，有院子衹是看起來也好久沒打理了，店家比較隨和也不推銷什麼，有簡單家常菜提供價格相對合理，給個全五星好評當下不容易祝生意紅紅火火
