打掃得很乾淨，地板很光滑，小孩子走老半天腳都沒黑，給打掃阿姨一百分，空間很大，以這個價錢算嘻皮值蠻高的，地理位置也很好，去哪都很近

[進入房間第一眼]：從平台上看圖片感覺平平無奇，但是走進房間給人眼前一亮，房間很大，標準的兩局室
管家回覆很及時，有啥問題都第一時間回覆；
關鍵是交通很便利，出小區步行5分鐘不到就是地鐵口，灰常方便，下次來還住她家

位置很好，衡山路站1號口很近,走的時候發現4號口出來可以穿過永平裏文創園（地圖上不太確定可以過來），4號口更近，房子陽台很大，很舒服，很安靜，完美。
