Facilities were great, breakfast fantastic which as a western appreciated that met my needs. Clean and warm environment. Service in front desk a.littlw bit slow, missed a well.organized bar.

A hidden gem perfect for a retreat from the city hustle and bustle. Well within city centre proximity, but secluded enough. It is family friendly, with a good gym and multiple healing/therapeutic amenities. Kara was very helpful before and during our stay. Great staycation destination.

I have to say that the State Guesthouse is a classic big country style. From the environment and greening, it is like a garden and landscape design. It is clean and hygienic, the environment is beautiful, the service is elegant, and the facilities are comfortable and grand. This hotel is located a good location so you can easily reach the metro and the restaurants. But must improve the drop off and pick up point for airport transfer. There is no clear sign for the driver to pick up or drop off. As same as the didi drivers, it bothers us so much for the foreigner customers. More more thing to be aware of your valuable belongings, I lost a precious item inside the room, but I don’t have any proof to show it was gone in the room. They helpped me to find but couldn’t find it afterward. No safe in the room to keep your stuff. And even I left “don’t disturb sign” the cleaner still came to my room to clean everyday which is sooo annoying. + laundry machine is in the room without dryer function (even it shows) but you can get the dryer at the laundry room on 5f for free. Still good

Thanks to the staff in the store, the service is particularly good, not only helped me take my luggage to the second floor, but also took the initiative to upgrade the room for free at the front desk on the same day. I booked a short stay to check it out as an option for a longer future stay. Stayed in a 1 bedroom Deluxe unit. Service - only problem was check-in : I arrived late, ~10pm, and there was no-one at the desk. No use calling, because the phone at the empty desk rang. After 20+ minutes, I found a paper and key card with my name. Just as I grabbed that, someone arrived. Location: fine if coming by taxi, especially convenient for Hongqiao. Not too bad from Line 2 Metro - can walk if no luggage, or short taxi. Plenty of coffee shops nearby, small restaurants too I guess (didn't try). Not sure if there is a supermarket in walking distance, didn't ask. Unit; very clean & spacious. The kitchen is only moderately equipped. Wifi fast & reliable. Good setup for working in the unit. Early morning noise on the construction (west?) Side of the building. Overall - pretty good option for an extended stay, would do myself if coming back.

The hot springs of Jiletang Hot Spring Hotel are good, the bath products are a plus, and the service attitude is not bad. Although the hotel facilities are not comparable to those of general chain business hotels, it is better than staying in the hotel to send hot spring tickets. It is quite refreshing to bathe in the rainy March. The deduction item is definitely the restaurant on the second floor. The price is not low but it is really unpalatable. The beef donburi is actually fried beef with green onions. The rice is so unpalatable that it is not made of good rice. The list is not salty at all.
