Thank you very much~ The travel experience is very nice, and the bathtub cover is provided to be clean and hygienic. The bedding is soft and comfortable, the toiletries are complete, and there are thoughtful hair ropes. There is no noise when sleeping. It's a nice hotel with a nice big balcony and nice rooms. Breakfast tasted great too. Let's start with the shortcomings. The breakfast environment can be improved. For example, the tables and chairs are changed to double tables instead of round countertops, and the lighting is dim. I forgot my room card at the dining table, and the front desk asked me to go back and get it myself. If I didn't have it, I would be fined. (The result was delivered after I called the restaurant at my request) The front desk's request was reasonable. After all, it was the guest's own problem. But such a cold reply shows that humans are worthless, and robots can be used to replace humans.

It’s very convenience to get into the hotel. The hotel offers free pick up from the tourist center. Staff can’t communicate in English but, no problem for using the Google translate. No deposit required. The hotel ask all guests to add WeChat for communicate while staying at the hotel. Our room quite large but, lots of dust all over the floor as there was a big construction behind our room. The hotel continued to built the new phases. There are lots of steps and quite a long walk from the hotel lobby to the room. The advantage for staying here, the hotel guest can enjoy taking photos before and after all the tourists gone. Variety of food for the breakfast buffet. Check in and check out quite quick and easy. The room rate is higher than the outside valley for triple but more convenience. Not much privacy as the hotel was one part of the valley, all the tourists can walk around the hotel too.

This was a very special stay for us We were a bit skeptical based on the reviews , but it exceeded all our expectations by miles ! We booked a room facing the mountain view and it didn’t disappoint at all ! The room was very cozy and comes with stacked up mini bar , Evian water , Coffee capsules , projector , fruits.
