房間乾淨整潔，看了一圈 本土風情的住不慣，還是這個最符合心意。
飯菜也合口味，酒店超市的物價很合理，氧氣瓶比附近葯房的要便宜。

1.酒店硬件設施上，熱水在晚上9點左右壞了三個小時，新酒店的地暖效果也不是太好，需要開着電熱毯才能入睡，每點都違揹我選定新開業酒店的初衷。
2.酒店環境上，電梯和走廊煙味很大，備用的毛毯像垃圾一樣團在櫃子裏，寄希望於新酒店環境好、煙味輕的客人建議謹慎。
3.酒店服務上，一是修熱水的時候溝通很不順暢，每次打電話都説修熱水的師傅時候已經上樓了，讓脱了衣服等熱水洗澡的人很惱火，等了一個小時也沒人來修，最後還是兩個多小時後自己偶然發現熱水已經修好了（問題不在房間，出在總控上），並沒有人及時告知熱水修理進度；二是酒店的接送站服務很不靠譜，前一晚敲定了送站需求與具體時間，結果第二天早上沒人送，早上的香格里拉極難打車，差點沒趕上回昆明的高鐵，進而影響離滇的航班，真的極度不靠譜！！（最後是自己打上了車，趕上了高鐵，酒店後來聯繫我幫付了打車費）建議不要因為接送站服務選定這家酒店。
總的來説，體驗感很差很差，要是圖接送站，建議選車站附近的酒店，要是圖酒店新，更大可不必。

酒店挺新的，有地暖，也有送氧氣袋，熱水充足。總體來説還是挺滿意的
沒有全五星是因為一個是停車不太方便，坑坑窪窪。早餐品種有點少，可以加點小水果或者酸奶什麼的
