I am a frequent traveler internationally. It is clear to me that this hotel owner has excellent standards. From minute details like toiletries, the fluffy bedroom slippers, the luxurious towels & bathrobes, to the fine cotton bed linens, I dare say they are a 6-star quality boutique hotel. The staff is friendly & accomodative. There is also batista coffee at breakfast. Location wise, it is so convenient! 3min walk to the Dukezhong bell. I highly recommend this boutique hotel.

We can highly recommend this accommodation to everyone! We didn't expect the kindness and great service of the whole staff as well as the owner. The room was very comfortable especially with the floor heating and luxury bed.

A hotel with a great design in a good location. Rooms are beautiful and equipped according to a very high standard. The breakfast is delicious and the service is attentive. The only thing which could be recommended to ask about windows orientation in advance as rooms on the ground floor could lack privacy.

Great location, you can enjoy the experience of old city walks and dining. Hotel staff was helpful in making our stay comfortable, advising on travel arrangements. Many restaurants and convenient stores around the hotel, taxi can directly reach here.
There is no lunch and dinner at the hotel, but plenty of options around. Breakfast has limited food options.
Room was comfortable, not enough lighting and amenities. Overall the stay was good and comfortable.
Welcome ginger tea was refreshing.

Beautiful little hotel in a very convenient location in the old town, near a shop (that sells oxygen cans, drinks, snacks, etc) and restaurants. Warm welcome and friendly owners. Very personalised service which makes this hotel stand out. Nice breakfast to start the day. Comfortable rooms with thoughtful touches. Electric fire and underfloor heating. I would stay here again!

Advantages: The hotel facilities are in a good location, the rooms are very Tibetan style, the rooms are well kept and clean, the guy who picked me up at the station and the guy at the front desk who helped me with my luggage were very enthusiastic;
Suggestions: You can proactively contact customers to inquire about their arrival time so as to arrange for pick-up at the station/airport, and proactively reply to customer information in a timely manner, and consider the transportation of customers who need to rush early in the morning, because it is really difficult to get a taxi at 6 o'clock!
