Best hotel with the best service My family had the best time at this hotel, the hotel feels like home to us because the staffs are very very friendly and kind, they give their best to fulfill our need and wish! You can meet dogs, pony, and baby goat on this hotel Thank you for all the hotel staffs for being so kind to us! Hope we can meet again soon 🫶🏻 With the price i paid, it worth every penny with the service they gave to us 🫶🏻

I would highly recommend this hotel to those friends who like to experience nature , wild , relax & cozy mood . I am so regret to just stay for one night . all the staff are so attentive and friendly, they solved everything as request . I have stayed at a wooden hut which facing the snow mountain , the grassland and a lovely pond , horses , dogs & Sheep are running around , gooses are swimming in the pond , what ‘a wonderful place like a heaven . I promised to come back again 🌹

Honest to goodness, I'm a very picky traveller, but this is one of the best places I've stayed in. Not only is the place amazing, the butler group that they add you to takes care of all your needs. They have been attentive and patient, and have met every single one of our needs. We were having trouble adjusting to the altitude, and also the food, but the staff tried their best to help us accommodate, and the food here was much lighter than what Shangri-la had to offer, which helped to soothe our stomachs. The room was clean and tidy, and met all our expectations as we opened the curtains every morning to a gorgeous view. The animals there were also adorable and friendly, really giving us that that much needed break from city life. The photographer with the hotel was also amazing, and gave me gorgeous pictures! I strongly recommend everyone to give this place a try!

The best hotel for our Yunnan trip. Wanted to extend my stay here so badly. Superb service & hospitality from the staff, lots of adorable animals and they serve good afternoon tea too! Will definitely return again!!

The location is right at Napa Hai Scenic Reserve, really suitable if you just want to stay at the hotel and enjoy your holiday in the nature. The staff is super attentive and enthusiastic, they will answer your questions anytime, in the morning or even midnight, no matter what your questions are, places to go, how to go or find a private taxi to visit attractions. They even arranged to let us check in early at 9:00am as we arrived early and needed to rest due to high altitude sickness. A very satisfactory stay and highly recommend anyone have intention to stay at this place.

Absolutely Amazing. This place has by far been the top hotel I have stayed in. The service is outstanding. The staff extremely friendly and go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. As a foreign traveler they made sure they added my wechat so they could help me and to translate when needed. They took us into town and helped us find the bus to get to putatso. Super convenient airport pick up and drop off. Every night you get fruit, snacks and warm milk which was exactly what you need during the winter time. The food in the restaurant is delicious, especially the fried meat. I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Shangri-La. 100% would return for this amazing place. Also the animals are so Cute!

Amazing place for relax in Shangri-La winter or summer time, doesn’t matter. Staff very kind and try to help you any time. We changed the room in the main building and liked it more. You have a choice for the breakfast. On the dinner we tried yak meat hot pot and likes too much even the kids. Closed to the Dukezong ancient city, takes only 15-20 minutes to drive. Strongly recommend the hotel.

The installations and stuff are just 5 start worth. They pick you up and take you around the city. They give you complimentary hot drinks at anytime. Always available. Their hot pot is amazing Warm room classy decorated and stunning views.
