It can be regarded as one of the hotels with the best service and beautiful scenery I have ever stayed in. There was a small incident in the middle, but it did not affect my stay. The staff's attitude in handling it was also very good. There is nothing to fault.

On my last day in Shangri-La, I chose Shangri-La LUX* Hotel. My choice was very correct. The hotel was the best I have ever stayed in during my five days in Yunnan. Both the service and the environment are very good. When checking in, the lady at the front desk was very professional and introduced all the facilities in the room. The room has floor heating, air conditioning and an oxygen concentrator, but the oxygen concentrator is in the middle of the bed. The sound of oxygen concentrator at night still affects sleep. The hotel breakfast is also very good, served a la carte. Because it was too cold at night and I didn't want to go out, I had dinner at the hotel. The dinner was quite satisfactory but not expensive. The hotel is not far from the ancient city, and the staff will drive you on a battery car for a while, and the pick-up and drop-off from the airport is also very fast. In short, there is absolutely no problem in choosing Shangri-La LUX Hotel.

Between Indigo and LUX, I chose LUX Service: Very good. We welcomed you at the gate to pick up your luggage, and gave you a Hada when you checked in. We upgraded the room type, introduced the layout of the hotel, introduced the layout of the room, turned on the oxygen supply, etc. Although it didn't seem to be turned on in the end, I was a little short of oxygen and couldn't sleep at night. I also gave you a prayer wheel when I turned down the bed, which was very cute. Environment: Very quiet. The restaurant can see three ancient buildings in Dukezong Ancient City. The restaurant also has an outdoor area. Unlike Indigo, which has many internet celebrities, most of the time the scenery is exclusive. Facilities: The facilities are complete, but there is no floor heating in the bathroom of our room, and turning on oxygen is a bit complicated. If you are concerned about this, you can talk to the housekeeper. Daily "Executive Lounge Happy Hour" benefits: Afternoon tea is very rich, with wine or coffee, all food can be added, fried chicken nuggets are very fragrant, cakes are not delicious, and there are many fruits Free all-day LUX coffee (during the restaurant opening period): Due to the busy schedule of the trip, there is no extra time to drink coffee, but it is very considerate and allows us to take away Breakfast: very delicious, the bait and rice noodles are delicious, nothing else is special

The room is pretty good and very new, especially the one from Songtsan Linka which is much newer than Songtsan. However, I prefer the environment at Songtsan. The service is quite enthusiastic and they also helped to upgrade the room. You can see the big change in the room. Jintong Guishan Park, the coffee is also delicious, but I only drank it for one day due to high fever. The room has an oxygen concentrator. The bad thing is that it may be due to the off-season. I called the hotel after 7 o'clock and asked that there was no dinner. I had high fever. There is no antipyretic medicine in the hotel. Fortunately, **buying medicine and **taking out dinner are effective. Shangri-La hotels are not cheap, especially LUX*. However, if you buy two nights at Shangri-La LUX* and get one night at Lijiang LUX*, it is not bad. The price/performance ratio is much better. Overall it's okay

The most impressive thing about the 12-day trip was the Shangri-La LUX*. After 14 years, I came to the ancient city of Dukezong in Shangri-La again, and I felt indescribable. From the flight confirmation the day before arrival, the vehicle arrangements for pick-up, the welcome ceremony for check-in, and the quality of the afternoon tea, all of us who had just arrived at Shangri-La felt warm and cozy. After entering the room, the scenery outside the floor-to-ceiling windows and the diffuse oxygen supply in the room made us feel at ease and comfortable with our children. What's even more surprising is that the girl at the hotel front desk learned that we would be staying at the LUX* Benzilan in a few days, and communicated in advance to upgrade the floor for us. 酒店的地理位置：位於古城中心的山上，有一段小斜坡，但酒店可以提供電瓶車接送，比較方便的。但打車出外可能會在古城裡麪堵車。從房間可以看到大轉經筒，視野非常棒。 酒店的服務：超出預期，非常好。職員熱情好客，外賣等等也都送到房間。 酒店的設施：超出預期，非常好。提供製氧機，酒店用品也是非常的高端及環保。 其他：餐廳非常不錯，我們用了兩頓早餐和一頓晚餐，水平都很不錯。

酒店就在古城邊上，可以看到古城全景，房間地暖很舒服，酒店服務人員也很熱情，特別餐飲在當地星級酒店來説很不錯了，以後還會是我當地的第一選擇。

酒店人員不多，安靜舒適，得知有高反立馬給送了薑茶，酒店餐廳的氂牛火鍋非常棒。
