The check-in service was spot on, professional and kind. The problem I had is the smell of cigarettes in the room that just can’t be removed, and that made my stay a bit uncomfortable. Everything else was good.

This is a really bad hotel! The first time I booked Dongcheng, I thought the quality of the group would be similar to that of a certain hotel, but who knew it was completely different, not as good as the ordinary hotel I stayed in Chaozhou! Even at this price of 80, I still think it's expensive! Complaints:
⚠️Complaint 1. When I arrived at the hotel, I was told that I could only stay on the 2nd floor. The air quality in the front room was average. At the same time, the room number on the room card was inconsistent with the room number I stayed in. It was the enthusiastic cleaning lady who helped us find the front desk to verify it. Thank you to the cleaning lady here;
⚠️Complaint 2. The room was dark and damp, and there was a hole in the bed sheet (I forgot to take a photo)
⚠️Complaint 3. When I was leaving, I was about to ask the front desk for a bottle of water but was told that there was none! I was really angry!
