位置在魯迅故居對面，相當方便。服務也蠻熱情的。不足之處是停車相當不方便，距離賓館200米外，要拉着行李穿過車水馬龍的道路。訂的2間景觀房，但是實際給的衹有一間是景觀房，另一間房窗外有房屋遮擋，完全沒有景觀。

攜程鉑金遭遇掛羊頭賣狗肉。圖片中是大窗，結果給的是5層最裡麪的一間，具體看圖和視屏，感覺是被騙了。經常出差旅遊的都懂最裡麪一間是什麼水平。另外房間對面就是電梯，樓內隔音一塌糊塗，摟外喇叭聲，人聲，指揮交通哨聲鼎沸，來紹興玩的心情都被折騰完了。不會再來紹興。不接受模版式道歉。

酒店雖不算大，但很滿意，魯迅故居景點就在對面，步行到沈園也很近。
停車要提前電話聯繫，有專人引導指定位子，都很方便。

房間非常乾淨前台也很熱情魯迅故里就在對面也很方便酒店位置附近都是景區外地來旅遊真的不要太方便！
大廳還有免費的奶茶果汁咖啡離店了還可以寄存行李

體驗感很不錯的一家酒店
酒店很新，房間環境很乾凈整潔，服務態度很好，我們之前定的房型太小了，前台還很貼心幫我們換了房間。很喜歡。下次還會來的。酒店非常整潔乾淨，上到房間就不同感覺了!很舒適，廁所空間非常足夠，床也很舒服，地理位置也很方便，地鐵站走十分鐘就到了，但就要注意晚上回來的時間，尾班地鐵衹到十點半。工作人員服務很好很貼心為我們解決問題。
選擇這家酒店的原因是它首先吸引了酒店名稱。在酒店的前台，服務生非常熱情友好，服務非常周到和體貼。
酒店前台服務熱情周到，提出的問題都能用心解決。
性價比很高的酒店房間非常乾淨服務態度親切感非常好服務也非常到位。下次還會選擇這裏。地理位置好，交通方便，房間舒適衞生，服務人員很熱情，樂於提供各種幫助，非常熱情，值得獎勵。
房間採光不錯，衞生也搞的挺好的，房間旁邊就是旅遊景點，感覺可以了。

終於來紹興玩了，出發之前在做旅遊計劃，頭疼的就是酒店住哪裡了，畢竟出來玩要玩的舒服，住的舒服，還要方便。在網上看了好多酒店，看到了這家雲朵酒店，到店裡後先看了房間非常現代化，像我們這種年輕人很喜歡。我們主要選擇這家酒店還是因為對面就是魯迅故里，逛附近的景點都非常方便，首先他們酒店旁邊就有很多早餐店，不包早餐的吃早飯也非常方便。吃完過馬路就可以進魯迅故里逛街，走幾分鐘就能到地鐵站，非常方便，選擇餐廳也很近，魯迅故里走過就有一家非常有名的尋寶記紹興特色菜。性價比太好了！全景的房間望出去就可以看到紹興古城，太舒服了！衹能説這家酒店沒讓我踩雷！值得推薦大家！沖！

在紹興玩幾天。看了好幾個店，最終選擇在這裏稍作歇息。
酒店客房乾淨整潔，比起前面住的大牌酒店也毫不遜色。舒適度很能打。
酒店服務很周到，從進門的迎接到後續的登記，讓人感覺像是回家了一樣，啥都安排的明明白白 面面俱到，一切都安排的很合理和妥當。
酒店大廳有很多景點介紹都在酒店周圍，有指引牌大部分步行可達，甚至有幾個在酒店就能看到。
距離魯迅故里30米這是我在電話裏問的讓我很震驚的同時也感覺很驚喜，因為這裏正是我想去的主要景點。
酒店對寵物很友好看得出來酒店的員工們也很喜歡寵物。這也是我選擇這家店的原因之一。
推薦入住以後來紹興我也會回來。再見

與朋友自由行紹興。
第一天入住這家酒店，就深深的被拿下，房間景緻完美，進出打卡景點，出了酒店馬路對面就是魯迅故里景區，樓下就是公交車站，交通非常方便。直接退了之前預訂的酒店，連續在雲朵家住了三天。
前台的小姑娘👧🏻小夥子們都很敬業，服務意識很好。
有到紹興魯迅故里景區自由行計劃的集美們，儘管大膽放心預訂雲朵家吧，一定不會踩坑後悔的。
