This room is peefect for friends, your own bedroom with a shared bathroom between you, there were 2 of us this time but 2 couples or 4 friends could also share easily.
The hotel is lovely and staff very helpful, my second time to stat and I would again.

Nice place in good location. It is in an a atmospheric old building and has ample of common space. There is a wide range of good food options with an English menu. Shaoxing is worth a few days of your time.

Enjoyed large comfy rooms. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Western breakfast could be better, the omlette had sugar on it!

This was my second stay at this hostel/hotel. I love that it is so centrally located inside the Lu Xun Hometown. So many restaurants nearby. The double room is small but comfortable, with a window to a courtyard with beautiful plants and flowers. The hostel is a renovated Qing dynasty mansion. The beds are a bit hard, but the linens are nice. The TV had free movies. The hostel's restaurant's lady made nice "Western-type" breakfasts for 20 rmb each.
The best aspect of this place is the beautiful manager Li-Yi-Li. She wore a qipao... spoke English, and was helpful in every way.

This hostel occupies what was the mansion of a wealthy family in the Qing dynasty. There are three courtyards with fish ponds and many flowering plants. The rooms are large. The beds are a bit hard, but the sheets and quilts are good. Great bathroom with 24hr hot water. The included breakfast is simple but tasty. Friendly staff, especially the manager Lisa, who speaks English. The hostel is located in the middle of the LuXun memorial neighborhood. Many restaurants and shops nearby. A great choice.

The parent-child room I stayed in was very big, and the entire hostel was also very big, and it was very close to the scenic spot. If you come alone, you can stay here for a long time and feel it. I have never encountered a bed sheet with so many holes. These holes were pressed on the back. I only saw them when I opened the quilt when I was ready to go to sleep. The quilt felt damp.
