本來不想多説什麼，但是真的不想平白無故吃啞巴虧，我們是兩對情侶四個人過來到瀋陽旅遊，女孩子穿的比較少，旅遊人多，我們在遊樂園玩的時候在外面可能凍到了，所以晚上回去兩個人全部高燒，找了服務員要空調遙控器，最開始告訴我們説遙控器沒電要第二天送來，我們可以將就一晚上，等到第二天上午的時候我們又要了一次和我們説還沒送來，在老闆那邊所以我們就先出去吃飯了，等到我們晚上回來的時候，發現還是沒有空調遙控器，（屋內房間當時23度，但是同為東北人，我們四個人全部不敢脱外套，鼻尖和手凍的拔涼，吃飯的時候凍的身子和手都在抖，）但當我們找到服務員的時候，她告訴我們喝熱水，吃發燒葯，怎麼我們是**嗎，不知道感冒了吃葯嗎，我們衹是想把空調打開，讓房間暖一點，但是老闆怎麼説的？説我們每權利沒資格使用，説電費是他教的，想讓我們用就讓我們用，不想讓我們用我們就沒權利，那麼我請問呢？房費是從天而降的嗎？我們不是消費者嗎？寫着有空調的設施是擺設嗎？欺騙消費者的？聊天記錄並不完全，不過聊天記錄電話錄音我們全有保存，我實在受不了那麼冷的温度，畢竟兩個感冒的，不知道在凍一宿會不會嚴重，況且我們還要坐車回學校上課所以，直接換酒店了，説句不好聽的，老闆打電話和我們説不差錢，怎麼就差這空調費了？衹想説惡有惡報，給東北人給瀋陽人丟臉
