We had an amazing stay in this hotel. Very friendly people in the reception, breakfast area and hotel cleaning ladies. Probability Mr. Peter was so nice to my kids and bring them some nice toys as gifts. Thank you Peter. This was the best hotel we have been in Shenyang so far.

房間洗衣粉味道超級重，久久不能散去。不知道怎麼搞的衞生。升級後的房間很選定房型一樣，酒店非要一樣，詳細見下圖。服務很差。後面退房的時候再來問候無意義。

床單下透出不明毛髮 聯繫前台給換了 一掀開被被單 下面一堆毛髮 隔音不好 半夜被隔壁吵醒 水質臟 流水出來的很多黑色沙子 熱水不穩定 要麼是燙手的 要麼是涼的 涼水洗的頭髮

在一堆中間房都是空房之前提下，被安排了個尾房（過陰），且房間在走廊之盡頭（監控死角），正對面就是會議室房間。
跟頭房（過陽）、電梯口房（過吵）、拐角房（過雜），挨着寵物的房間（過臟），別無二差了。
所謂盛名之下其實難副，高評分下，透漏着，搞笑的，小聰明。
須臾之間，你這店，離黃鋪，不遠矣。

我對我的感受，真實評價。
從進到停車場開始，停車場可以，有位置，方便。（不收費，早上退房時告訴前台，車牌號。服務員就幫你操作好了，免費的）
進入大堂，開始辦理入住，入住還可以正常，給兩個小朋友拿了小童拖鞋洗漱用品，還有2個風車和小豬佩奇。然後呢，需要按金200元。挺不理解的現在攜程訂單還需要按金。哪還有酒店要按金啊，按金就按金吧。
刷卡，按金，到店付款，然後上樓。進屋到房間，訂了一個屬於雙卧的套房，一個屋子有兩個房間，像套間一樣，一個是大床，一個是2個單人床。就床來説，可以。適合家庭二胎親子多人。一屋一個電視。電視可以，有電視直播。還有愛奇藝和騰訊，小朋友動畫片。大人電視劇電影都免費觀看這點小朋友挺喜歡，遙控器我用保鮮袋裝起來了，這樣很衞生，用手拿着也乾淨一些，（遙控器這事特別生氣，接着往下看）廁所沒有排風，屋子裡感覺都臭臭的，開了窗户通風效果也不好。空調很涼快。空調可以。
衞生中規中矩吧，不能細看。沒有潔癖的人，就看着比較乾淨。有潔癖的話。那就差的很遠了。
退房，不滿意，退房正常別的酒店都是秒退房。退房時正好看見收拾衞生的服務員，特意告訴她。有一個電子蚊香液沒有用。怕小朋友拿有危險，放在櫃子上了，請找一下。其餘東西，被子基本沒蓋。自己帶了。床單也鋪的自己帶的。也沒有別的消費。冰箱都沒打開。就這樣，到樓下。我問按金什麼時候能退。她説查房需要10分鐘。請問查什麼房，需要10分鐘。我説那如果有什麼問題給我打電話吧。我們就開車走了。過了一會打電話説少了一個遙控器。我説不會的，確實看電視了。遙控是就放牀頭櫃了。我怕臟就用保鮮袋裝起來了，放牀頭櫃了，別讓服務員當垃圾扔了。你在去牀頭櫃看一看。前台的説她再去看一看。然後就沒消息了，我再打電話，前台説沒找到就是丟一個遙控器。我就比較生氣了。很納悶，我就開車帶着孩子又返回酒店。到了酒店，就和前台溝通後，上樓去房間，房間的門開着，屋子也沒收拾。我從進去走到裏屋，再床頭櫃上拿起來遙控器。在走到外屋的牀頭櫃拿起來我裝到保鮮袋裡的遙控器，再到走到電梯十秒鐘都用不上。我下樓把兩個遙控器拿到前台。我非常生氣。遙控器就在牀頭櫃，她們就睜着眼睛撒謊説沒有，客房服務員太差勁了。眼睛不好。不會用手摸一摸嗎。告訴你了。你還狡辯撒謊説沒有。非要我折返開車回來。如果我坐火車走了是不是就要賠錢扣按金，她們酒店就這樣一貫伎倆的，不知道是不是為了掙這點按金。我讓前台和客房溝通説再好好查一下房間，查完就立刻給我退按金，最後這個挺漂亮的前台就立刻給我退了按金。然後她和客房服務員給我拿了幾瓶水並且道歉，我沒有要，也沒有接受。因為我很生氣。不説你這幾瓶水值不值我來回的油錢，整個時間耽誤我得行程和時間將近延遲了一個小時。我非常生氣。以後再也不會來了。這家酒店。你們要去住。退房時一定親眼看着服務員檢查房間，催服務員檢查房間。檢查完退房立刻讓退按金。不然啊。自己想吧。
不是差那點按金，我就是生氣。我這攜程第一個差評給你家。好好心思心思吧。酒店已服務至上。別把顧客當**。
