Great hotel, perfect location between the airport and train station. Rooms are in good and clean condition, good breakfast with a wide selection of foods. The service and friendliness of the staff was amazing! I forgot my phone in the taxi to the hotel and Keyon and Yoyo went out of their way to help me retrieve my phone. They translated and arranged for my hotel to be brought back to the hotel and went beyond to ensure I had a very pleasant stay! 10/10! Would 100% recommend staying here and a big shoutout to Keyon and Yoyo!

Pros: same as the other hampton hotels we stayed at, the breakfast buffet is great. They change their menu everyday. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. Towels and bed sheets are clean. Cons: far from the tourist attractions. There is a lot of stain on the carpet around the bed, so it needs to be cleaned.

I liked this hotel because it locats in the centre of the city, subway station is a few minutes walk. It is so convenient to get around in the city. The room size is ok, and the carpets are a bit of worn-out. I liked the swimming pool, it made my stay a lot better and no bath in the bathroom was not relevant anymore.

The surrounding transportation is convenient, not far from the Palace Museum, the Marshal's Mansion and the September 18th Memorial Hall. What a ”smart” hotel (referring to using smart technology) ... for example, I could easily charge my iPhone by placing my smartphone on the bedside table. The hotel is also very spacious with a huge TV plasma screen for pleasant viewing. Great location too cos it is within walking distance to Shenyang Middle Street (pedestrian mall) as well as nearby attractions such as Shenyang Imperial Palace (Gu Gong). Although the hotel claims all the towels are cleanly washed and sealed in sanitized bags, I have found a strain of hair in one of the sealed bags. That was disgusting! On a positive note, I had a pleasant stay at the Shenyang Central Hotel (even though for just one night).
