Awesome location, the rooms are a bit old but it's supposed to be old-school anyways and it's clean. Facilities are pretty good (breakfast/restaurant, the gym, swimming pool etc everything is really nice). Most of all the service was 10/10. I needed an international plug adapter they gave it to me for free, they allowed me to check out very late since my flight was only late afternoon, and finally after loosing my earpods in the room, I called them one day after my checkout to inquire about it, they had already found it and they arranged to ship it back to me in Shanghai.

Beautiful view and room is very spacious with lots of storage space, bedding is comfortable, gym has all the equipment, helpful staff, the room is properly cleaned twice a day, complimentary is provided in the room, it has the same selection of food as the buffet on the ground floor but better view and more privacy. Staff is very helpful, willing to go extra to help us with any questions. Very safe area in finance district with hotel accessible directly from shopping mall.

The location of the hotel is very good. There are many group stores in Fox Plaza downstairs, and there are also many small shops outside the shopping mall to choose from. The room is very spacious, and the kitchenette is very complete with kitchen utensils, ranging from stoves and pots to tableware and utensils. You can actually buy ingredients for the stove. There is also a washing machine that combines washing and drying in the room. The whole process takes 5-6 hours, which feels very long. What I like the most is their shower gel and shampoo. They have a nice fragrance and are very relaxing after use. The overall stay was very good and I will stay here many times if I have the chance.

I want to sincerely thank all of the staff at Ayearn for making my girlfriend's 25th birthday extra special! Apart from the excellent customer service, smooth check-in process (they understand foreigners' 粤康码 situation), and wonderful environment, this hotel hosts something even more special: its staff's ability to go above and beyond for its guests. When I checked in, I informed the receptionist that this stay was in fact a surprise for my girlfriend's 25th birthday. They asked if I wanted them to decorate the room with their standard decorations and I said yes. We then coordinated over WeChat to find the perfect time to decorate the room during our stay. But there was something else up my sleeve: I had bought some rose petals from a flower shop and asked if they could spread these on the bed and put a gift I prepared on it as well. They agreed and the arrangement was set. Now, before you look at the photos, keep in mind that all I told the hotel staff was to put the rose petals and the gift on the bed. I expected that they would make it look nice, but I didn't know they would go above and beyond they way they did. The photos speak for themselves! Take a look, they spent the extra time to make everything look extra nice and decided where to place the rose petals in the best places. I am very proud of their work and am really glad I chose this hotel for my girlfriend's birthday! Needless to say, my girlfriend was very happy with all of this and I am forever thankful to you all for giving us a wonderful memory. PS: If you intend on doing something similar for your significant other, please purchase and supply the hotel with the rose petals that you want. This is not something they do normally but they can accommodate your request. The other decorations (such as the happy birthday banner, chicks, etc. are all part of their standwrd decoration package). Also please give the hotel ample time to do the job properly, I promise you won't be disappointed! Thank you again to all the staff at Ayearn!!!

My family and I recently stayed at Andaz Shenzhen Bay Hotel for one night, and it was truly one of the best hotel experiences we've had with our two young daughters. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed with stunning views of the city skyline. We were especially impressed by the thoughtful touches, such as the complimentary snacks and drinks in the minibar and the personalized welcome note from the hotel manager. One of the highlights of our stay was the hotel's fantastic amenities. We spent several hours at the hot spa jacuzzi. In addition to the amenities, we also appreciated the hotel's convenient location. It's located in a vibrant neighborhood with plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions nearby. We were able to easily explore the area, and the hotel staff provided us with excellent recommendations for family-friendly activities. Overall, our stay at Andaz Shenzhen Bay Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The hotel is beautiful, the service is exceptional, and the amenities are top-notch. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and family-friendly stay in Shenzhen.

I booked a bay view room, which is more than 100 more expensive than the city view, but basically I can't see the bay view, I can only see the building. Later, I changed to another room, and the result was even worse. It was facing the construction site, and the construction started at 6 o'clock in the morning. It was very noisy and I couldn't sleep at all. The hotel service is okay, and the location is convenient. The bay view room is really expensive and suffers, so don't book it if it's okay.

Typical room. Solo traveler so I thought the Queen bed room was a nice size. Comfy bed and a tub! I was traveling with a family so the park across the street was nice. The pool was cold but they do have a sauna and steam room which was nice. The gym area is in a separate building and so I recommend going to the first floor and exiting the back of the hotel to access it. Breakfast was limited with the second morning having better offerings. Lots of options not too far including taking the subway to get whatever you like. Starbucks is very close…if you like coffee. Pleasant stay and good location.

I was upgraded with satisfaction of course but not happy about being called and asked to rush to provide feedback. Booked a 5D4N stay at this apartment and it was great! Location was within 5 mins walk from the metro and there were plenty of food options around the vicinity of the apartment. Taxis were all around the area or you could call for one using the app. Service apartment staff were very friendly and helpful, apartment was cleaned daily and security was tight. If you order food delivery, they even deliver it right to your doorstep (so amazing, I can't believe the convenience!) Would definitely stay again, value for money and great location!
