The stay was pleasant. They offered us if we want have a late check-out. I think that was considerate of them considering that people celebrate New Year’s Eve and that they stay out late. My only concern was that I made a request upon booking for a better view on a higher floor and they put us on a second floor. That was not pleasant for me. I did not insist anymore since I already wrote it upon booking and if they chose to ignore that then let it be. The interiors need renovating. The breakfast though was good. It has a decent Western/ Asian breakfast. I love that part. The place is literally a 5 minute walk to Sea World.

Here again for a 2-Day Professional Development for school, local #StayCation. Can’t go wrong with Hilton. Just grabbed the twin double on special with the spa coupon and cocktails. I want to sincerely thank all of the staff at Ayearn for making my girlfriend's 25th birthday extra special! Apart from the excellent customer service, smooth check-in process (they understand foreigners' 粤康码 situation), and wonderful environment, this hotel hosts something even more special: its staff's ability to go above and beyond for its guests. When I checked in, I informed the receptionist that this stay was in fact a surprise for my girlfriend's 25th birthday. They asked if I wanted them to decorate the room with their standard decorations and I said yes. We then coordinated over WeChat to find the perfect time to decorate the room during our stay. But there was something else up my sleeve: I had bought some rose petals from a flower shop and asked if they could spread these on the bed and put a gift I prepared on it as well. They agreed and the arrangement was set. Now, before you look at the photos, keep in mind that all I told the hotel staff was to put the rose petals and the gift on the bed. I expected that they would make it look nice, but I didn't know they would go above and beyond they way they did. The photos speak for themselves! Take a look, they spent the extra time to make everything look extra nice and decided where to place the rose petals in the best places. I am very proud of their work and am really glad I chose this hotel for my girlfriend's birthday! Needless to say, my girlfriend was very happy with all of this and I am forever thankful to you all for giving us a wonderful memory. PS: If you intend on doing something similar for your significant other, please purchase and supply the hotel with the rose petals that you want. This is not something they do normally but they can accommodate your request. The other decorations (such as the happy birthday banner, chicks, etc. are all part of their standwrd decoration package). Also please give the hotel ample time to do the job properly, I promise you won't be disappointed! Thank you again to all the staff at Ayearn!!!

I came to Shenzhen for 2 days. The hotel is close to the subway entrance and just across a residential area. It takes only an hour and a half to get to Dameisha Line 2. It is very convenient and does not need to transfer to the subway. The service attitude is good. I may stay here again when I come to Shenzhen in the future.

This hotel was an unexpected surprise. The pictures really are very accurate. The hotel takes up the second floor of a larger building. It is on a quaint local street within about a 10 minute walk from SeaWorld. Several little craft beer and cocktail bars just down the street from the hotel and some international restaurants as you get closer to SeaWorld. The bed was similar to what you would get at a major hotel chain such as Mariott. It was also nice to have a dual heating/air conditioning unit as it was the end of a cold snap in Shenzhen. The shower is large and has an overhead rainfall. The windows could be a better insulated for the sound outside. Fortunately the street is generally quite quiet. The only caution I have is to not rely on the hotel to call a taxi for you. I thought this would be easier than using Alipay or Wechat. However, when I came down from my room, I learned this is what the attendant used to call a taxi, which creates the problem of paying for the taxi. The taxi driver tried to be accommodating but in the end, I used Alipay to get a taxi, which now made me very close to missing the cutoff time for my flight. An unnecessarily stressful end to what was otherwise a pleasant stay.

The price is very high, and people will come to clean up the garbage and change the towels every day. The shower and the pool look a little dirty and the whole is still very clean and tidy. Ok, overall the Hotel was ”you get what you pay for.” It's not luxurious by any stretch of the imagination. It's small and has all the essentials. My biggest problem was that one night there was evidently a married couple that stayed in the room next to mine. The husband decided to start yelling, breaking things, and sounded like domestic violence. I immediately alerted the front desk and ask them to call the police. They promptly moved me from the current room I was in, to another further away. I still hear the screaming and breaking of things for a few minutes after that. The following day, I made a complaint, but the hotels' policy was for them to ”stay out of it.” They simply said they were moved to another room. I was speechless. I'm in a different country, yet I expected so much more.... Other than that incident, nothing was stolen, the units were cleaned daily, and they have a laundry room on site. The price was the best in town.
