The rooms are spacious, and there are plenty of elevators, making it convenient to get around. Downstairs, you'll find all sorts of restaurants and convenience stores, so the location is pretty good. It offers excellent value for money for business trips to Nanshan, especially for extended stays.

The hotel's service was excellent. I was sick and couldn't go out, but the hotel staff helped place the medicines and food I needed right outside my door. Their response was very prompt; even late at night, the front desk quickly responded to my requests. I will definitely stay here again next time.

Our stay at the Hotel Residence G in Shenzhen was excellent. We booked a one-room suite that was both spacious and inviting. The bed was huge, extremely comfortable, and impeccably clean, contributing to a truly relaxing ambiance. The amenities were a highlight, featuring a delightful buffet breakfast, afternoon tea, and an evening cocktail. I would highly recommend this hotel for a long weekend to take full advantage of everything they offer. Special thanks to Jessica, the Food & Beverage Manager, for being so nice and accommodating throughout my stay.

The location of the hotel was excellent. However, cleanliness is poor. I was bitten by bed bugs on my 2nd night. Even after I asked for the room to be cleaned the situation did not improve. When I informed the service staff, she just apologised, nothing else. Stay at your own risk.

Simply the best experience ever. Leo at the front desk and all of his colleagues were superb in every single way. I cannot over emphasize how welcoming they were. Absolutely immaculate, perfect location, malls, stores and shops all around. We even met the manager and had a wonderful interaction on 2 occasions. Stay here and thank me later!

The room is very new and well-equipped with a fridge, washing machine, induction cooker, and a full range of kitchenware and tableware. Our family traveled during the Spring Festival, and although we were too lazy to cook, it was great to be able to heat up takeout, haha.

Big and spacious room. Really enjoyed my 2 nights stay there as it was very comfortable and clean. It was fairly easy to get affordable food and amenities near the area even though it is quieter than the other busier places.
