Nice, clean and friendly staff hotel and walking distance to Metro Line 1 and 9.. as well as train to GuangZhou and Hong Kong.

All staffs are friendly from reception to housekeeping. Overall enjoyable stay, breakfast is okay but noodle cooking station may need to be more attentive. Near to underground station and convenient to all places of interest.

Very close to Luohu Port, hotel is new, modern and clean. Shopping mall clise by.

Hotel was located right next to Luo Hu Customs (can walk over to HK literally)! and the Shenzhen Train Station (Especially good if you are coming from Guangzhou or other cities).
Room decorated well but conditions depending on rooms (those facing outside apparently were affected by humidity more) the room we had have some wallpaper peels and mould. Service and staff were both friendly.
They had a good massage centre at ground floor.
