設施：設備齊全而且很新，有做飯的地方，也配備了冰箱。關於隔音方面：中規中矩，水平發揮較正常。
衞生：公共區域和房間內都很乾凈。
環境：大堂寬敞舒適，候梯廳和走道都是乾淨寬敞的。
