Everything was good, check in was smooth. The hotel was very nice and grand. Although it would be good if they had double bed rooms as the single beds was to small for the couple to sleep. Overall I had a great stay !!

even the price is not cheap, but reasonable.
very nice hotel, the staff is very helpful.
the room is very clean with everything good support.
the room is clean, no odd smell, everything is tidy even the floor is very very clean.
the swimming pool is the very icon of this hotel.

The European-style decor was truly impressive that I enjoyed my stay in comfort and relaxation.
The location couldn't be better while there is a mall near the hotel so I could spend time shopping. More than that, a great selection of restaurants offers diverse food options.
The environment of the hotel was uplifting that I felt like travelling in Europe and the food was up to standard.
It was undoubtedly the perfect choice for my staycation!

The location is opposite the signature "Windows of the World", which is suitable for family travel. The breakfast is excellent, with many choices. The front desk is kind enough to arrange our group for one of the rooms facing the tourist site. Thank you very much.
