It was a great stay - location is really good, right next to the MTR station. The room was quite spacious and it's got a big bathtub which was nice. Kids amenity was cute and useful. Staff service was also great, everyone was kind and willing to help (despite language difficulties). Especially I would thank you Elain - she connected me to her WeChat and responded to my request in a timely manner, tried to help me out every way possible. She also helped me arrange a photo shooting and late check out. Overall it was a very nice stay for my family, we'd like to go back next time!

Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend to families with children rather than couples. Our room was comfortable and quiet. We had a view on the Window of the World and enjoyed drone show at 9pm on Saturday.
The food at the restaurant was also very good and breakfast was rich and delicious. All staff were super friendly and helpful 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
The only thing that we didn’t like is the swimming pool cleanliness (especially outside pool), the green mould is visible under the water.

This hotel in CN that feels like in Europe! Very internationally serves Parma Pizza,steak, pasta &desserts!
Rooms were very elegantly interior designed! There were few swimming pools inside the same area that is interesting for families to hangout during summer holidays in Asia!

週末空閑在深圳逗留，比較了幾家酒店，因為泳池選擇了英迪格，入住體驗遠超預期，下車服務生第一時間幫忙，前台小姐姐 SUMI 非常友善，因為帶了小朋友也幫忙安排房間調整。
酒店緊鄰世界之窗、歡樂谷，益田假日廣場，購物、遊玩都十分便捷，步行即可到達多個景點，門口還有陳鵬鵬（口味略有下降）
設計以威尼斯文化為主題，大堂被打造成劇院式，客房內融入壁畫藝術，與窗外景緻相呼應，陽台房可以看到大海。
設有室內外游泳池、健身房、桑拿按摩和SPA等康體設施
另外一樓餐廳有外擺，氣温也不是很熱坐下來喝一杯很舒適

這次的酒店選得太好了，先表揚一下自己，哈哈。推開深圳威尼斯英迪格酒店的房門時，竟真有種闖入威尼斯小巷的錯覺。牆面嵌着仿石板路的紋理，床頭懸着復刻的貢多拉船槳，連走廊的壁燈都做成了水上路燈的模樣，細碎的威尼斯元素把都市的喧囂擋在了門外。
最妙的是浴室的設計——浴缸正對着嵌在牆裡的電視。晚上泡在温熱的水裡，刷着手機的感覺真好。
Camille的服務也非常體貼，是真的把客人的喜好放在了心上。

Julian在入住前一天就加了微信，詢問了房間喜好。到店後免費升級了有陽台的房間，可惜暑假期間房間較滿，沒有分到面向世界之窗和歡樂谷的房間，到酒店送了果盤。另外由於酒店是新裝修，設施都很新，住得挺舒服的。還有一個細節，在房間裏打開夜燈開關，廁所燈會同步開啟，這一點好評。最後離店時漏了東西，也是請Julian幫忙寄回來，服務非常好
