Sunshine Hotel of Shenzhen

Today's check-out made me really happy! Peter, who I assume is the supervisor at the front desk, proactively stepped in to help when Xiao Wang (a staff member) was confused about the invoice. It made me think how helpful the hotel staff are, and I felt I'd chosen the right hotel. While check-in yesterday wasn't particularly remarkable, check-out was a pleasant surprise. I'm also very grateful to Sister Min, the lobby manager. She's beautiful and kind-hearted, and she helped me arrange a taxi to Shenzhen North Station. I truly appreciate their help. I'll definitely come back next time and recommend this hotel to my friends. Thank you all!

1. I traveled during the Chinese New Year, and many hotels raised their prices, but this one didn't. The breakfast was very good, and the room was spacious. 2. The hotel's location is excellent; if you're staying in Luohu, it's super convenient. It's close to lines 2, 5, 9, and 1. There's a Kingglory Plaza next door, which is lively at night, and Luohu MixC is just one stop away. 3. The hotel's screen mirroring seemed a bit finicky? I couldn't get it to work, so I ended up just watching TV channels instead.

They upgraded me to a larger room which was really nice, with a separate shower and toilet. The hotel is definitely older, but it's well-maintained and still has that classic, old-money charm. The fountains and general facilities are great, and they even helped with my luggage when I checked in. Very good experience.

Booked a loft suite, and the room layout was excellent! It's perfect for a family of three or four. This is a well-established five-star hotel, and the surrounding restaurants and transportation are very convenient. The service was also great 👍

I originally booked the Renaissance Shenzhen Luohu, which included three meals a day, but I ended up coming to the Sunshine Hotel instead, and it was even better than expected. From what I've observed over the past few days, the Sunshine Hotel is much better than the Renaissance, at least its parking lot is much more normal.
