大堂前台小妹有禮貌，check in 快；酒店位置方便，近羅湖村，地鐵站，商場也多，行去關口也只約15分鐘內；房雖較細，但房價性格比高，可接受；衛生也可；去開附近會再訂住。

①住過幾次，一直感覺不錯，這次竟然見到在牆上竟然有蟑螂在爬，看來是我之前幸運沒住到有蟑螂的房間。
②登記入住時，明明是我先到，然後一位社會氣息比較濃厚的男子來登記，喊前台幫她開房間，前台**竟然放下了原本幫我開房間的手續，轉而先幫該位男子開房間，我百思不得其解，按先後順序服務這麼基本的事情都做不到嗎？
③同時間，在前台**幫這位男子開房間期間，該位男子問她知不知道XXX住幾號房間，她説不知道，然後男子叫她幫他查一下，她竟然真的去電腦幫他查了。我大為震驚，難道客户的私隱訊息這麼容易就可以被泄漏出去的嗎？雖然被查的不是我，雖然我也沒做過酒店前台，但是保護客户訊息是基本的職業道德，這樣低級的錯誤誰都知道不能犯，而她卻因為客人一句話就幫查了，如果這發生在星級酒店早已被開除了。
