Renaissance Shenzhen Bay Hotel

The room was very spacious, with modern minimalist decor, a bathtub, and a large bay window sofa. What's more, breakfast was free for two children over 120cm tall! Evelyn from the F&B department even thoughtfully packed food for my child who doesn't like breakfast – that was truly amazing!!!

What I loved most about this stay was the front desk service! Every staff member was so welcoming, from check-in to check-out. The hotel's location is excellent, and the sky lobby on the 57th floor offers incredible views. I highly recommend it to everyone!

Great location, with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. The gym is really nice too! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shenzhen.

The hotel is in an excellent location, easily accessible by both subway and taxi. The room was clean and hygienic, and check-in and check-out were very quick.

This is my third stay here, and it's definitely the best 5-star hotel near Nanshan Science and Technology Park. The views are incredible, the rooms are very spacious, modern, and exceptionally well-designed. Compared to other hotels in the area, the value for money is outstanding. The gym facilities are also excellent, with a great range of equipment and, again, amazing views. Highly recommend! 👍👍👍

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient. The subway entrance is right downstairs, and there are several convenience stores nearby. The restaurant right outside, which I think is Jiangxi Hotel, offers a fantastic and diverse breakfast spread, and their Jianbing Guozi (fried savory crepes) are especially delicious. The hotel itself is lovely, clean, and comfortable, with excellent service.

Staying at the Renaissance Shenzhen was just as good as I expected. The service was excellent, and my check-in experience was smooth. The front desk staff, Quella, was incredibly helpful; she promptly arranged a room for me as soon as it was cleaned. Seeing that I had a child and luggage, she was proactive in getting everything set up. I was also planning to return to Shenzhen for three more nights with a friend, needing two rooms, and she even reserved rooms for me—so grateful! The food at the Executive Lounge for two was also quite good; it definitely ranks high among executive lounges. Keep up the great work and maintain that quality!

The Renaissance standards are consistently high. The hotel's view is fantastic, and the breakfast offers a great variety. I'd definitely consider staying here again and recommending it to my friends.
