Specifically, the room facilities are well laid out, the items are clean and tidy, the bed is clean and tidy, and the mattress is moderately soft and hard. The room has no windows and is a bit stuffy. The service and environment are good. There is welcome fruit afternoon tea and a rich breakfast. It would be much better if we could change to a bigger room with windows next time. We did not extend our stay the next day.
