I want to sincerely thank all of the staff at Ayearn for making my girlfriend's 25th birthday extra special! Apart from the excellent customer service, smooth check-in process (they understand foreigners' 粤康码 situation), and wonderful environment, this hotel hosts something even more special: its staff's ability to go above and beyond for its guests. When I checked in, I informed the receptionist that this stay was in fact a surprise for my girlfriend's 25th birthday. They asked if I wanted them to decorate the room with their standard decorations and I said yes. We then coordinated over WeChat to find the perfect time to decorate the room during our stay. But there was something else up my sleeve: I had bought some rose petals from a flower shop and asked if they could spread these on the bed and put a gift I prepared on it as well. They agreed and the arrangement was set. Now, before you look at the photos, keep in mind that all I told the hotel staff was to put the rose petals and the gift on the bed. I expected that they would make it look nice, but I didn't know they would go above and beyond they way they did. The photos speak for themselves! Take a look, they spent the extra time to make everything look extra nice and decided where to place the rose petals in the best places. I am very proud of their work and am really glad I chose this hotel for my girlfriend's birthday! Needless to say, my girlfriend was very happy with all of this and I am forever thankful to you all for giving us a wonderful memory. PS: If you intend on doing something similar for your significant other, please purchase and supply the hotel with the rose petals that you want. This is not something they do normally but they can accommodate your request. The other decorations (such as the happy birthday banner, chicks, etc. are all part of their standwrd decoration package). Also please give the hotel ample time to do the job properly, I promise you won't be disappointed! Thank you again to all the staff at Ayearn!!!

The location of the hotel is very good. There are many group stores in Fox Plaza downstairs, and there are also many small shops outside the shopping mall to choose from. The room is very spacious, and the kitchenette is very complete with kitchen utensils, ranging from stoves and pots to tableware and utensils. You can actually buy ingredients for the stove. There is also a washing machine that combines washing and drying in the room. The whole process takes 5-6 hours, which feels very long. What I like the most is their shower gel and shampoo. They have a nice fragrance and are very relaxing after use. The overall stay was very good and I will stay here many times if I have the chance.

It's really nice, the room is bright and spacious, like a paradise. The service is very good. After turning on Do Not Disturb, there will be no rude ringing or knocking on the door. The turndown was amazing, with Guangzhou-style sugar water. I lost something, and the hotel took the initiative to search for it. Finally I found it. Thank you for your hard work. Will return to the hotel where I stayed.

The place looks nice outside, a bit hard to find even for the taxi driver, the rooms are small, too small compared to other places in the same range of price and isn't as clean as I expected, the small sofa inside the room had several stains and the towels had a funny smell that might be caused by the humidity, cause they're kept inside a plastic bag. To do the check in was a nightmare, it happened before in the other Ranz near Seaworld metro, I was travelling with a document provided by the Chinese immigration office which is equivalent to your passport while you're applying for visa, but seems this hotel doesn't know how it works, cause is the 2nd time I stay with them in different locations and they always refuse to let me do the check in. The 1st time the manager helped, but this 2nd the manager wasn't even around and said no by phone. Luckily I had a copy of the passport with me and that helped they allowed me to register after 40 minutes 🤦‍♀️, but when I asked if their coffee shop which is in the lobby was still open they said no, I went to my room to leave my stuff and check places around and when I was ready to leave I saw guest from the hotel ordering at the coffee shop without a problem... So, not a place to consider to stay again.

Temporary business trip, just booked a hotel near the company. I used to live in their home often. I heard that I had recently renovated and changed my name. I thought about trying it out. It was really different. The room was re-organized with wooden floors, the passage carpet was replaced with new ones, the facilities were changed, and the towels were replaced with new ones. I asked the front desk to know that they joined Licheng Langyu, as if Shenzhen is still the first one. The overall feeling is clean and hygienic, the toiletries are also branded, the facilities are very new, the bed is very soft, the waiters are warm and thoughtful, the hotel lobby has also been refurbished, adding sofas and tea; Mainly for my code farmer is to be convenient, their location is not to say, 50 meters away from the subway (the door is the corner) super convenient, there is a breakfast room on the 8th floor, the environment is good, you can see Shenzhen Nanshan, close to the sea world, you can walk for about 10 minutes at night, There are so many young ladies over there [screaming teeth] Of course I am going to experience the fireworks.

The rum was big and comfy, the location was great (in proximity to many points of interest, including shopping malls and supermarkets, different metro lines, port and other facilities).
