好評出門威尼斯必選,由於定錯了大床房,前台看我們3人入住很快幫我們免費升級換成了標間,也沒有讓補差價!服務很熱情，酒店客房很舒適,床軟硬適中。店內還配有一個小的小童樂園，游泳池。早餐也不錯,品種還是挺多的,挺豐富！

環境整體都不錯乾淨整潔充滿現代感,值得一提的是服務特別好,四星的酒店住出了五星的感覺,特別要表揚的是前台穿白色襯衣的那位小哥哥,從第一天辦理入住到第二天離店各種細節都照顧的無微不至,因為我們訂了不含早餐的房間，帥哥主動幫我們升級了含早餐的房間,特別體貼!走的時候還特意給寶寶送了份小禮物,特別驚喜,這份用心真的難得!五星好評他們絕對值得擁有!這次在威尼斯住了一晚因為行程原因換了三個酒店,住完之後威尼斯酒店給我的整體感覺最舒服最滿意,下次有機會還會再來!

房間很不錯，服務非常好。早餐也非常豐盛，再加上這方便的地理位置，這個價格簡直性價比拉滿。游泳需要額外的費用不過在這個價格面前也沒什麼了。。。去的時候正好下雪，凍透了去泡個澡不要太爽。一個小缺點就是健身房設施不全，有一組啞鈴我直接好評到爆。

攜程付不需要按金，到店付要交500按金，這個酒店是洗浴汗蒸一體的，五樓是客房，設施很陳舊，電視機都是老款的，房間內部很小，放包都沒地方放，衹有一個床頭有插頭接口，衞生間淋浴也是奇葩，一開立馬飆出來，不能調，太高了，直接噴到衞生間地磚上，吹風機還是小型的，床不軟，被子還薄，沒有暖氣，拖鞋還是一順的那種，體驗極其差，下次不會選擇這個酒店了

酒店服務這塊真的很一般 前台沒有固定的人員在 感覺不是專門做酒店的服務的 需要的設施等要了好久才回復 凌晨樓道吵鬧 隔音效果不好

地理位置優越，市中心，距離河北博物院很近。酒店環境很好，樓下有汗蒸游泳，不過這次沒時間玩了。早餐種類不多，味道一般，不過雲吞挺好吃，阿姨説是自己做的餡包的。住的套房，房間比攜程上寫的面積還大，一張大床+三張單人床，十分方便，客廳還有麻將，就是沒有窗户，不過空調換氣還可以，房間沒有這麼悶。
