I heard from my mother that ”Kijiboso” is a honeymoon inn, so I wanted to go there two years ago, so I searched for it when I went to Shirahama in Wakayama Prefecture, but at that time I found out that it was in Mie Prefecture. Last year's Golden Week I came with my husband to challenge again. Until I came, I was suspicious whether it was the same as my mother's honeymoon inn, but when I came and talked to the inn, I was convinced that it was this inn because it had a long history. After my mother and father's marriage, I was able to visit my mother's honeymoon inn with my husband for the first time in 64 years, and I thought that my mother would be happy, who passed away three years ago. The room was a Japanese-style room with a sense of history, but the view of the sea right in front of the room was very beautiful. Also, the view from the open-air bath with a view was very good and impressed. Dinner and breakfast were delicious! I would like to come again!

[Room] The 10 tatami room has a step in the toilet for some reason. This is the first time for such an inn. There are few equipment. There is no coffee cup. There is no air purifier. [Surprised!] Wi-Fi cannot be used. I understood that it could not be used by word of mouth, but it is not a place where light lines cannot be laid. It is unknown why only a part of the first floor (near the front desk) can be used even though it has been said from the beginning of operation. Why doesn't the manager of the inn and the manager in charge of reception improve? Impossible. Bring a towel in the room when going to the bath. I went to enjoy the hot springs, but every time I return from the bath to the room, my yukata and clothes get wet. Of course, there is no bag. I forgot to bring a towel from the room, so when I asked the front desk to borrow it, I was told that I would add 100 yen for a rental towel. And old towels. It's so terrible that you can't compare it to other facilities in Oedo Onsen where you can buy new or high-quality towels even if you are 100 average (I used three other places, but Ise Shima can only do one ⭐︎)

Hiogiso is our best memory in Japan where we stayed for 3 weeks. We loved the place, the meals, the kindness of the staff, who really took care of us and were so smiley. We slept well, the room was comfortable, well equipped and spacious. The view was also incredible. The establishment is on the water so there are lots of crabs coming and going outside, it's lovely. The meals were incredible. We really enjoyed the sunset boat trip with the owner of the establishment. A charming, very classy man who spoke English quite well. We regret not having stayed longer because there are many places to visit around. Maybe next time...

I stayed in a twin room at GW １ for a night. Until before arrival, I was a little worried about staying with small children 々, but I am really grateful that everyone is friendly to kids. We recommend a course where you can take a walk along the promenade from The Bay Suite to The Classic. Sea urchin bonfam caviar, spiny lobster American sauce, and abalone steak (especially two kinds of vanilla butter sauce) were exceptional. At the １ F shop in the classic, there is a local jibie curry bread sold only on Sundays, which is recommended.
