If you get the Mountain View be sure to call early and ask for a 4th floor room or else you will have buildings in the way of your view from the 3rd or 2nd floor. The rooms are slightly outdated but the service of the front desk was amazing and we were moved to a room with a better view upon request.

I rarely write reviews but have to for the Newpark Resort. We had one of the townhomes, and you can’t beat the convenience, spaciousness and QUIET. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, quickly following up on any requests. Worth every penny - I would give it 6 stars if I could.

We booked the hotel room with a hot-tub and called the property before checking in asking them to warm it up. When we arrived unfortunately the hot-tub was cold. The room also boasted Mountain View’s but the hotel is centered in the middle of apar**ents and a shopping center. Hotel was clean and staff was nice but overall it’s overpriced and not a great location.

Great place to stay!! So beautiful and clean! Awesome pool, hot tub, workout area! So close to food and activities. Will definitely stay here again!
