Beautiful almudeja thermal baths and variety of trea**ent for pleasure and relax. A great treat and experience. The service is 5*. We were so taken by Lourdes and her hospitality and explication of the thermal water. All the personel in the hotel was very helpful. The buffet breakfast with cava was great.

Bed was comfortable. Furniture was new and clean...same for the bathroom. The room was hot. The air-conditioning was not working and when we asked about it, we were told that the cool air system hadn't been turned on. It was miserable during the day and uncomfortable at night. However, the room was advertised as having air-conditioning. Not much good if it's not able to be used. The bathroom door was about 1/3 meter from the side of the bed next. The door was a glass type of nearly see-through material. It would be fine if you were alone, but awkward otherwise. Finally, the parking was 14€ a night. At other Sercotel hotels there was no charge. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel is on the outskirts of Ballarat, suitable for self-driving tours. The hotel is like an old castle, the decoration and rooms are very retro. The front desk service is more welcoming. The restaurant on the first floor is good.

What a find. Thank you to other reviewers. We were driving through Spain in a classic car so like a hotel with secure parking which isn't too much of a detour from the motorway. This hotel fits the bill and even has additional underground parking at no extra charge. The hotel is in a historic building with lovely grounds, a short taxi ride into Valladolid (we didn't have time to do this). Our room was spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable. On the back of other reviews wedined in the restaurant and are, so glad we did. A fabulous chef and waited on with pride by Juan (who was happy to speak English) and charm. A hugely hospitable overnight stop. We will be back on our next trip and make time to visit the old town centre too.

Normalito para el precio de 125 por la noche. Ibamos con mi hijo de 9 meses, solicite cuna y nos pusieron un parque cuna bastante deteriorado y lo peor sin colchón, era una colchoneta super fina. La habitación de tamaño estaba bastante bien y la cama cómoda. tiene cosas ya con falta de cambiar y algo deterioradas pero en general bien El aire no enfriaba mucho y al estar la carretera al lado se escuchaban un poco los coches. La ubicación es normalita también lo bueno pilla cerca de un parque grande.

Large Room and bathroom, AC, Minibar. Nice and diversified breakfast. Close but not direct in center of the city of Valladolid (15-20 min walk to Plaza Mayor) All the ingredients to enjoy a professional stay without any surprise.
