This part of Singapore was so different from the Singapore heartlands that a staycation at Dusit Thani Laguna Singapore could feel like a vacation outside Singapore. The staff at Dusit Thani were polite and tried hard to make our stay memorable. They made an excellent start by letting us have the room early. The room was well designed with clever space utilization, such as the long bench table, the bench for sitting, and best of all, the bench in the shower cubicle. We also enjoyed the dinner buffet, especially the double-boiled soup, at the Greenhouse, and the convenience of the shuttle service to the Jewel. It was a thoroughly enjoyable staycation/vacation. Family enjoyed the staycation and nearby amenities to Wild Wild Wet. Glad to have the discounted parking rates for guests. Very important. Cons.. 1. Cock up about breakfast during check in. Reception says ok. Next morning still have to dbl check again before honoring my deal. 2. Extra pillows REALLY wouldn’t hurt the housekeeping. Housekeeping lady over the phone said each room is only entitled to 4 pillows, and all extras pillows are at the laundromat. What load of BS.. please review your company policies..

Check in was fast Room was great. I liked how each room had a filtered water dispenser,mini kitchenette, a fridge that was actually cold, air-con that you could actually control, and the extra large shower room. Located right next to a mall, so food and public transport is within 5mins walking distance. Things that i didn't like was the lack of complementary carpark. Also because the hotel is located so East of the country, unless you want to explore the east side, it could be rather inconvenient to get to the rest of the country.

Front desk staff was friendly and gave me a couple of extra water bottles for free. The rooms are as advertised, small but clean and has a simple bathroom. I checked in the evening before my morning flight out of Singapore and would recommend it to people looking for a good budget airport hotel.

This must be my fourth time having a staycation at this hotel with my mum. The location is the best if you're looking to stay near the airport and Jewel. It's not too far and only requires a short walk and/or the skytrain to get around. We also find it convenient to return to the hotel whenever we feel a bit tired. As always, Crowne Plaza has been great in service and room amenities. Though it would be good if the pillows were not too flat 😅 The pillows just flattens out the moment you use it. Overall, we had a great time! Will definitely come again if we have the opportunity to do so.

Located in Jewel Changi Airport. Our room is small but clean and quite surrounding. The room is perfect for getting a good sleep while in transit. Not able to take a photo of the room but it is near to Jewel Changi Rain Vortex.
