Very friendly staff, clean and cozy room. Big terrace with awsome view. Pool area beautiful and clean. Just an excellent place to stay on your vacation, not too far from the castle, shops and restaurats.

We stayed at Alexandra’s for the last few days of our Italy trip. The moment we arrived, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Location is fantastic! The private pool and beach area made the stay even more worthwhile. The room was lovely with a huge balcony overlooking both sides of the lake and had lots of amenities. Thank you!

Great location with shops, restaurants and walking distance to the old town. Easy to travel the area - ferries to the lake or bus or trains to Venice, Verona and Milan via public transport. Fabulous, well maintained pool with lifeguard. Great apar**ent - exactly as seen & balcony w/ superb lake views Alexander & staff are lovely - very helpful & welcoming.

Staff were very pleasant and welcoming, the hotel room features plenty of storage and also AC. There is a large balcony which is perfect for breakfast because of the fantastic views of the lake. On-site there is a small shop which sells things such as pasta, soft drinks, coffee, ice cream and snacks, we found this very handy. The swimming pool is immaculately kept and there is ample sun loungers even a sun lounge hut. We will visit this hotel again on our next trip to Lake Garda.

We can definitely recommend to stay at Alexandras place.
The service from front desk, by the pool, cleaning and from Alexandra was valuable and great. The apar**ent had everything we needed, and the hotel is placed perfectly near the lake, where there is private access for guest. You will be in walking distance the old part of Sirmione, where there's nice restaurants.

Nice place.
Not very service oriented staff though.
The pool guy was not happy or helpful, and my daughter was not allowed to use swimming fins in the pool, and also not even to jump in the pool. Why? - we were the only ones in the pool!
The lake bridge is not very pleasing, and very shallow water. Basically useless.
Air condition didn't work at all.

Très confortable, propre, air climatisé, arrivée et départ faciles, situé un peu loin de Sirmione à pieds mais ça se marche très bien quand même (30 min environ) et arrêt d’autobus en face. Plusieurs restaurants aux alentours. On a beaucoup aimé notre séjour. Personnel accueillant et sympathique. Ils nous ont aidées en réservant un taxi pour nous amener à la station de trains très tôt le matin.
