The hotel location is a bit further from city center but walkable, and tram is just in front. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. The hotel is new so a bit renovation smell.

Great hotel! Everything is new and very clean. Breakfast is plentiful. Location quite convenient, next to Sofia Mall, metro and tram stations.
